The Scandalous Silence of the Western Media…

…about this travesty of justice in Muammar Gaddafi’s Libya gives me stomach ulcers. This is a typical case of the Muhammedan state sentencing infidels to death on trumped up charges, where all parties involved know full well that the outcome will be that these nurses will be released when the ‘international community’ pays a ridiculous amount of ransom money, or else they will be put to death. Question is, who will volunteer in the future to work in totalitarian hell-holes like Libya when you know that you’re nothing but a hostage in the great game against the west?

Just in case you wondering why s*#t like this happens in the read this and it all makes sense:,,2-2006600358,00.html

Meanwhile, Gaddafi tries to sound thoughtful:

TRIPOLI (Reuters) – Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi on Friday defended a court’s decision to sentence five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor to death for infecting more than 400 children with HIV, but said mystery surrounded the case.

“It is unimportant that the medics are sentenced to death or not — if they committed a crime and are sentenced to death, that is the court’s decision,” Gaddafi told a gathering of officials, religious leaders and reporters in Tripoli.

“The important thing is why the medical team injected the children with AIDS. Who ordered you — was it Libyan intelligence, American intelligence, Israeli intelligence or Bulgarian intelligence? This is what we have to find out.”

  1. AIDS is rife in Iran. There are many drug addicts there that share needles. Possibly the same in Libya?

Of course it is someone else’s fault. I am surprised they didn’t manange to pin it in on an American doctor or an Israeli one. And I am also surprised they found the Palestinian doctor guilty.
Where are the human rights people? Probably too busy looking for breaches in the so called “occupied territories”.

  2. Curious how Libya wants to have better relations with the US and yet here’s the same old “did you do this for US intelligence”? nonsense that Libya has been famous for nearly 40 years. If this story was indeed true I’d have no problem with a death sentence but coming from Libya I have plenty of doubts. I guess it’ll be a while (if ever) before Libya shakes its deep seated paranoia-being of the ummah doesn’t help though.
