We don’t feel the need to bang on about how we are discriminated against, victims, blah, blah, blah. We just get on with it. And yet , there are very real ways in which NZers are singled out, particularly in immigration, for discriminatory treatment by law.

By the way, you might like to look into the background of the Ansett deal a little more closely, in particular the vastly inflated price that was paid for the airline and the problems that posed for maintaining the airline as a viable company. This is still true. Islam is not compatible with democracy. The first allegiance is to islam. See Sheik’s topic today. Democracy will never exist in islamic countries. At least not in its true form. Sure they may have elections as they did in Iraq, and sure Hamas won. But true equality for all citizens isn’t ever going to happen. And they don’t want it to happen either.

Basically muslims want their host country to adapt to them: it should be the opposite.
Why is it that muslims go to the west when they hate the west and want to establish sharia law? Global dominaton has been said out loud for many to hear.
That is the goal.

It is my belief that in any community there are good, bad and the ugly. Do Muslim countries have statistics to prove that they have a significantly lower incidence of crime in their countries? Reading about the killings and lootings, I doubt there is any change.

No. I mentioned Hilary as a famous Kiwi. I stated he was a New Zealander at the start: something Luzu would no doubt be proud of. It needed to be said after you accused Kiwis of being dole bludgers etc etc.

2. I am sure there are some pretty spectacular achievements by non-muslims in this country.

e.g. Sir John Monash: Australia soldier who was recognised for his outstanding leadership in WW1, and developer of the Victoria State Electricity Commission, who had a university and a freeway named after him in honour of his achievements.
Sir Isaac Isaacs: 9th Governor-General of Australia and the FIRST Australian citizen to be Gov. Gen. (Others were Brits.)

Sir Edmund Hilary: A New Zealander who was the first to conquer Mount Everest on Coronation Day. (QE2). Now recently in Antarctica with PM Clarke to check out the base he established there.

I could go on and on,,Dame Joan Sutherland, Sister Kenny – pioneer in polio treatment, what about Baz Lurhman even….oh heck this is like playing trivial pursuit by oneself!

Aussies have done well not only here but internationally in all fields.
