No! They never write, they never call... Seriously, though, I don't think there is a sane person alive that actually understands and believes in this policy of arming Fatah. It sounds like a policy that a governmental bean counter arrived at after hours of smoking cyanide laced crack while locked away in a padded cell somewhere deep underneath Washington D.C..
