When the case against Haneef collapsed, Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews nevertheless ruled he wouldn’t reinstate the visa of Haneef, who had to leave Australia:

* Not necessarily a bad thing. Why take a chance?

Sure, Haneef is innocent until proven guilty. Yes, he was not proven guilty and that’s why he was released. Does that mean he is not a terrorist? This guy lived for years with the Glasgow perps and is closely related to them, he shares their belief-system and the Koran taught him to hate infidels and Jews and that terror made Muhammad victorious.

Haneef believes that his prophet Muhammad was the perfect man, uswa hasana, al insan al kamil, for all mankind, for all time, to be emulated by every true believer. Muhammad said ’strike terror in the hearts of the enemy’ and ‘terror made me victorious’- a believing Muhammedan is by nature a terrorist, the Koran teaches to terrorize infidels and Jews.

Haneef knows more, much more than what he wants us to know. The sympathies from Australia’s left are as predictable as they are undeserved from the right. What surprises is that even the perceived ‘right wing’ journo Andrew Bolt gives Dr Haneef kudo’s:

‘…the 60 Minutes interview with Haneef last night makes Haneef seem not just an innocent guy, but a lovely man.’

Mohamed Haneef has been interviewed for the first time since his controversial detention, telling the Nine Network’s 60 Minutes that he is innocent of supporting a terrorist organisation.

Asked if he has ever been a member of a terror organisation, Dr Haneef said “no”, expressing surprise at the prospect that anyone would think he would be linked with terrorism.

* Surely he would tell the truth to a few dumb journo’s from a far left TV channel after keeping his mouth shut under interrogation

It is “not in my nature to ever support such activities”, he said.

The exclusive interview, made before Dr Haneef caught a flight out of Australia, offered an insight into the Indian doctor’s detention without charge and his explanation for the apparently suspicious events that led to his arrest.

“I never imagined, even in the remotest corner of my brain, that I would be labelled [a terrorist],” he said.

“I had my plans prior [to leaving]. These were all circumstantial things,” he said. “All my friends knew I was going … everything here was left over.”

He denied having any knowledge that his cousins in the UK were involved in terrorism or Islamic extremism, and said he felt most for the parents of the accused men.

Re Dr Mohamed Haneef: Before everyone gets too carried away in defending this fellow who clearly does have some sort of connection to Islamic terrorists who have proved time & again their desire to kill the very same type of people defending him who are so critical of our AFP & Govt for doing their job, let them consider these few points.

1) It was the UK authorities who alerted the AFP to Dr Haneef’s sim card in the first place.

2) Haneef was alerted to this by someone & arranged to have a one way ticket to be purchased in India which costs about the same as a return ticket purchased here. Why do this if he intended to return?

3) The rent on his Gold Coast apartment which bore all the signs of a hasty departure was not paid ahead. This too goes against his statement saying he intended to return there after he had visited his wife and child.

4) He attempted to change his appearance before leaving by shaving off his beard which goes against his religious belief.

5) The reasons for the Federal DPP dropping the charges against Haneef is that there isn’t sufficient evidence at the present time to be sure of a conviction in our Courts It doesn’t mean or imply that a person is innocent, it merely says there is insufficient evidence to obtain a conviction on the basis of; “ Beyond Reasonable Doubt”.
Hannef and his cousins etc were refused entry into Western Australia as Doctors under the sect 457 work permits Visa’s & the visual media are now calling Haneef’s Visa a business Visa.If that was the case he would have had to put up $500,000 and actually prove that he was investing in a business here which of course he wasn’t. I doubt we have heard the end of this matter yet, El-Ninyo will keep an open mind as to guilt or not until all the facts are revealed.

PS: Most of the questions asked of Dr Haneef on 60 Mins did not get a direct answer and the questions that should have been asked were not. No wonder this guy is happy, first class air fares back to India and $150K tax free as well. Shame on you Channel Nine. Not too shabby for a couple of weeks in the pokey and given a heroes welcolm home eh?

Pace University Qur’an desecrator facing two felony charges

Who could argue with such wisdom?

This is about Stanislav Shmulevich, who has been arrested in New York for putting a Koran in a toilet at Pace University. And his case is even more outrageous than we first reported.

First, Shmulevich was arrested and jailed for 24 hours. Second, he’s not facing misdemeanor charges—he’s being charged with two felonies, criminal mischief and aggravated harassment.

Felonies. For putting a book in a toilet.

Third, his income is on a borderline that disqualifies him for a public defender, so he stands to suffer incredible financial hardship as well.

Fourth, his name and photograph were published in several newspapers in New York, and he and his mother were ambushed outside the court by reporters. In a case like this, clearly with the potential to enrage radical Muslims, this is so irresponsible of the media that it borders on criminal.

Do we still live in a country that values free speech? This case is pretty good evidence that we do not. Mr. Shmulevich is caught in a Kafkaesque nightmare right out of the Soviet Union, and it’s all happening at the demand of the Muslim Student Association and the Council on American Islamic Relations.

Beslan families blame Putin, Russia

The Muslim-terrorists will love this, one may safely suspect that this anonymous video was actually provided by them. But since we always blame ourselves, why should the Russians be any different?

New video footage has emerged that shows the chaotic and brutal end to the Beslan school massacre was caused by Russian security forces and not terrorists. That is the claim being made by a victims’ support group. The tape was sent anonymously to the Beslan Mothers’ Committee and screened at a local community centre.

The group says the video, apparently taken by an investigator on a hand-held camera, contradicts the official line that the Chechen hostage-takers exploded a device from inside the school gym.

Head of the Mothers’ Committee, Susanna Dudiyeva, said that since the crisis in 2004, they had been trying to find out the cause of the first explosion:

“This tape proves the explosions happened outside the building”, she added.

The blast blew a hole in the wall of the gym where around a thousand children and parents were being held captive. That and the fierce exchange of gunfire that followed killed hundreds of hostages.

At least one investigator has already claimed that the explosions came from grenades fired by security forces. Another has even said the order came from President Vladimir Putin.

The victims’ families have lodged a complaint against Russia in the European Court of Human Rights.

Some 330 people died in the siege, half of them children.

Sarkozy traveled to Tripoli on Wednesday just a day after his wife Cecilia flew out of Libya on a French presidential plane with the five Bulgarian nurses and one Palestinian doctor on board. The French president and Gadhafi signed five key agreements on future cooperation, including deals on defense and civilian nuclear energy.

The French even agreed to help the Libyans develop a nuclear reactor to desalinate water. But critics in Germany and France have questioned the wisdom of promoting atomic energy in a country that until 2003 had been trying to develop a nuclear weapons program. The Libyan leader has since renounced terrorism and signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, but many German commentators and politicians argue that the country is still a dictatorship and so its promises should be viewed with caution.

Impermissible to kill women and children in All circumstances?

The Verdict of Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Salih Al-Uthaymin:

The Shaykh, may Allah be merciful towards him, said in a tape recording regarding this topic:

“And the second (matter) is the forbiddance of killing women and children in times of war. But if it is said: ‘ If they (the kuffar) do this to us- meaning that they kill our children and women- Then do we then kill them?

The apparent [Thahir] is that it is (permissible) for us to kill their women and children- even if it means that we lose profit/benefit from it [since keeping them alive is a profit/benefit because they become the property of the Muslims]; (and killing them in this situation is permissible) due to it threatening the hearts of the enemies and a humiliation for them.

And due to the generality of the Statement of Allah:

“Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him” Al-Baqarah : 194

And to (purposely) destroy property (which could later belong) for the Muslims (by killing them in this case) is nothing strange. And due to this, the baggage, the baggage of the one who steals from the Ghan?mah is burned, even though in that, there is the loss of some property of one the fighters.

Then if someone says:

‘If they rape our women then do we rape their women?’

No, this, no, no we do not do it. Why? Because this is prohibited as a (whole) category [i.e. it is forbidden within itself], and it is not possible for us to do it.

Meaning, it is not forbidden out of respect for the rights of others [i.e. not because we are respecting their rights] - rather, because it is forbidden as a category [ i.e. the action of ‘intercourse’]. So it is not permissible for us to rape their women.

But if the dividing (of the Ghanimah) takes place, and the woman from them ends up as a slave woman, then she becomes property of the right hand. The person can have intercourse with her as a right hand possession, which is permissible and there is nothing wrong with this”

Later on, the Shaykh was asked about the fact that the women being killed are not the ones who killed our women, so is this justice? So he answered:

“Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him” Al-Baqarah : 194

What is justice? Not at all. They kill our women, we kill their women. This is the justice. It’s not justice to say ‘if they kill our women we won’t kill your women.’ Because this, I notice from this that it has many enormous affects on them”

“Recently we have noticed that Europe is obsessed by the immigrant Muslims from the East,” said Mustafa Ceric, head of the Bosnia Islamic Community, the official institution of Bosnia’s Muslims. “This is an opportunity to remind that there are indigenous Muslims in Europe.”

“By celebrating 600 years of Islam here we want to naturalize Islam in Europe,” he said, adding that Bosnia’s Muslims have illustrated how Islam can be harmonized with a European way of life.

NEW YORK (AP) _ A 23-year-old man was arrested Friday on hate-crime charges after he threw a Quran in a toilet at Pace University on two separate occasions, police said.
Stanislav Shmulevich of Brooklyn was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and aggravated harassment, both hate crimes, police said. It was unclear if he was a student at the school. A message left at the Shmulevich home was not immediately returned.

The Islamic holy book was found in a toilet at Pace’s lower Manhattan campus by a teacher on Oct. 13. A student discovered another book in a toilet on Nov. 21, police said.

Muslim activists had called on Pace University to crack down on hate crimes after the incidents. As a result, the university said it would offer sensitivity training to its students.

No one, of course, is calling upon those “Muslim activists” to take a strong stand against those Muslims who are justifying violence on the basis of the Qur’an and thereby lead people like Stanislav Shmulevich to come to despise the book.

Newsweek Shills for Radical Islam (Again)

Newsweek has become the public relations arm for radical Islam. Case in point, their deceptive and ridiculous article on the Hamas funding trial in Dallas: Trial Against U.S. Muslim Charity Begins.

In their latest whitewash piece, they begin with a glowing portrait of the daughter of Ghassan Elashi (she wants to “shatter stereotypes”) and then proceed to do everything possible to cast doubt on the government’s case against the Holy Land Foundation.

And they refer to radical Islamic front groups CAIR, ISNA, and the North American Islamic Trust as “well-respected mainstream organizations.”

* Replace that with ‘mainstream Muhammedan terrorist organizations’

Pace U’s Koran-flusher: Examining the (presumptive) charges; Updated 

The word from LGF is that he’s being charged with two felonies, criminal mischief and aggravated harassment. Fair or not? Let’s look at the statutes.

Criminal mischief is section 145 of the NYS Penal Code. There are four separate counts: fourth degree is a misdemeanor and first degree requires the use of explosives so the charge here has to be second or third degree.

Musulmaniacs don’t like being reminded of the Satanic verses or scientific mistakes in the Al-Quran.

Scientifically saying the sun prostrates itself under Allah’s throne when it is night time also laughable (Hadith, Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 421.).

The following is my favorite example of Muhammad’s inconsistencies that I use in conversation with Muslims. I’ll use Yusuf Ali’s translation.

Sura 6:2 It is He who created you from clay, and then decreed a stated term (for you). And there is in His presence another determined term; yet ye doubt within yourselves!

Sura 25:54 It is He Who has created man from water: then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has power (over all things).

Sura 96:1-2 Proclaim in the name of your Lord and Cherisher, Who created, Created man out of a mere clot of congealed blood.

Is it me or did Muhammad…I mean Allah have a hard time deciding how he made man? Or is this just another case attributed to abrogation, Allah changing his mind when he wanted to and finally decided on how he created man?

The only thing Mecca is the center of is Satan’s domain.

WaPo touts two Hizballah supporters’ definitions of jihad

“The Many Meanings of Jihad to 2 Prominent Muslims” in today’s Washington Post is part of their ongoing “On Faith” whitewash series, in which prominent Muslims retail pleasing platitudes about Islam and ignore the real issues. This segment is no exception: the paper’s introductory paragraph to the statements by Ali Gomaa and Ayatollah Fadlallah even acknowledges that Fadlallah is “known for his support of the armed Shiite movement Hezbollah” (not, you’ll notice, the “terrorist group Hezbollah”), although it doesn’t mention Ali Gomaa’s support for the same terrorist group.

Ali Gomaa’s bit is entitled “Jihad Is Not Just Armed Struggle.” The frequency with which Islamic apologists trot out this particular theme always surprises me. This is supposed to be reassuring to the potential and actual targets of armed jihad? I fail to see how the fact that jihad has multiple meanings, including interior spiritual struggle, somehow renders less lethal the AK’s and bombs with which other jihadists wage jihad.

After sketching out jihad’s pacific meanings, Gomaa says:

…In addition to these meanings, the term jihad refers to the defense of a nation or a just cause. These characteristics that amount to “in the way of God” are summed up in the Koran, “Fight in the way of God against those who wage war against you, but do not commit aggression — for, verily, God does not love aggressors.” (2:190) . . .
