Education, the media, youth and migration are the tools they intend to use to bridge the divide - there's plenty of useful fools in the media pushing Islam, "education" & pandering to Muslim whims in colleges, youth (to radicalise for jihad), and rampant immigration of peaceful ones who cannot & will not assimilate in the target countries - e.g. Oz.
