I don't know if it is the same here in the USA - I have not read anything about what is happening. With what I read of muslims and their poor behavior in all countries they migrate to I would suspect that they continue their wife beating behavior. Why should they change? Their prophet and koran tells them it is a-ok. When a (doubtful) 'holy' book, such as their koran, spells out for them that it is ok to kill and beat up women, just as long as they don't do 'shirk' - there is absolutely no motivation for the 'men' in charge (the police and lawmakers) to do something to stop such a thing. You should try it". No doubt such advice would be heeded. But it's not the Islamania-so say its apologists.
