The federal government expects legal authorities to take strong action against David Hicks if the confessed terrorism supporter breaks the law by trying to profit from his story.
“Australian law prevents a person from profiting from criminal conduct.
“We would expect the authorities to take swift and vigorous action against any Australian who breaks the law.”
Hicks’ equally despicable and treasonous scumbag of a father, Terry Hicks, said his son should challenge commonwealth and South Australian laws prohibiting him from profiting from his story.

An Australian intelligence officer has told the Federal Court he does not believe Pakistani intelligence agents beat Mamdouh Habib while he was in their custody in 2001.

Mr Habib is seeking compensation from the Federal Government for his imprisonment by Pakistani, Egyptian and US authorities between 2001 and 2005.
He was first detained in Pakistan in October 2001 and was later moved to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, where he was held without charge until his release in 2005.

Six Islamic Terrorists open fire on Israeli Embassy in Mauritania

NOUAKCHOTT, Mauritania – Six gunmen opened fire on the Israeli Embassy in Mauritania’s capital early Friday morning, trading fire with guards before fleeing screaming “Allah Akbar,” witnesses said.
The six men arrived by car and regrouped in front of a discotheque in the capital of the nortwestern African country that is just beside the embassy, said Hamza Ould Bilal, a taxi driver who was parked outside the club, called the VIP.
He saw them pull out automatic weapons and scream “The Islamic God is Greater!” “Allah Akbar,” in Arabic, before assailing the embassy, he said.

SANA, Yemen — When the Yemeni authorities released a convicted terrorist of Al Qaeda named Jamal al-Badawi from prison last October, American officials were furious. Mr. Badawi helped plan the attack on the American destroyer Cole in 2000, in which 17 American sailors were killed.
But the Yemenis saw things differently. Mr. Badawi had agreed to help track down five other members of Al Qaeda who had escaped from prison, and was more useful to the government on the street than off, said a high-level Yemeni government official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. Mr. Badawi had also pledged his loyalty to Yemen’s president before being released, the official said.
