Alaa Abu Idheim, 26, was a bus driver who lived with his family on School Street on Jbel (Mountain in Arabic) Mukhaber, a high piece of ground overlooking Jerusalem to the south of the city.
He drove for a bus company that specialised in driving schoolchildren and students. Israeli police were investigating reports Abu Idheim had driven students from the yeshiva he attacked on Thursday night.

Terrorist’s Family Proudly Displays Hamas Flags
(IsraelNN.com) Israeli security forces have razed the home of the murderous terrorist who murdered eight Merkaz HaRav yeshiva students. He lived in Jabel Mukabar, a neighborhood just east of Jerusalem’s East Talpiyot neighborhood.
His family set up a mourners’ tent outside the ruins, and hung Hamas flags all around it.
Police denied reports that the murderous terrorist had once worked for Yeshivat Merkaz HaRav. However, he was a driver who often transported children and others, and there were reports that he had occasionally been hired by the yeshiva. His last trip was Thursday evening to Yeshivat Merkaz HaRav, where his van was found after the attack with ammunition inside.

Palestinian-style gratitude. .
WHY on Earth does the US pretend that it matters if Abbas and the Palestinians keep “negotiating” with Israel about “peace”? The only thing the Palis have to offer, to negotiate with, is “stop attacking Israel” and they obviously have no intentions of doing so. Israel has already withdrawn from Gaza. That didn’t buy Israel any peace. There’s no reason to believe that yielding more territory or giving the murderous Palis more avenues to press their terror attacks is in Israel’s best interests.
SO:
Condi: shut up. You have no business whatever telling Israel how to handle its national security issues.
George W: if you really think these “Palestinians” deserve a state of their very own, give ‘em your Crawford ranch (hmppf: didn’t think so…)
