When taking a town, or city they would also ask the town to provide a yearly supply of children to them. Can you believe this!?These children would be called janissaries and would be taken to be trained as soldiers to be thrown in as fighters in other wars....And the west never points this out: that not only islam is a religion of slavery, but a religion that takes children of those conquered and uses them as fodder in their murderous quests....When I was much younger, I remember I would be told these folktales regarding magicians forcing a town to give up their children...that they would never see again...I now am beginning to think that these folktales have a lot to do with islamic incursions on many towns in europe...how sad and evil.
