Justice Latham said we were fortunate to live in a tolerant, open-minded state where people’s religion and views were tolerated.
* So said Justice Megan Latham in the New South Wales Supreme Court. Why did it need to be said? Might some jurors have gotten the crazy idea from the contents of “Provisions on the Rules of Jihad – Short Judicial rulings and organisational instructions for fighters and Mujahideen against infidels” that there might be mainstream teachings in Islam that call for warfare against and the subjugation of infidels? And that in turn might start them wondering why the Islamic community in New South Wales is doing nothing to combat such teachings or call for their reform. And then that might start them wondering why the Australian government is doing next to nothing about the proliferation of such teachings.
Can’t have all that. Better to advise the jurors that, contrary to what is as plain as the nose on their face, this has nothing to do with Islam.

A JUDGE has told a jury that the Muslim religion is not on trial, after a man pleaded not guilty to terrorism charges.
Bilal Saadallah Khazaal today pleaded not guilty to making a document connected with assistance in a terrorist act knowing of that connection, between September 20 and September 23, 2003 in Sydney.
The document is titled Provisions on the Rules of Jihad – Short Judicial rulings and organisational instructions for fighters and Mujahideen against infidels.
He also has pleaded not guilty to attempting to urge the commission by others of a terrorist offence, in Sydney and elsewhere in the world.
A jury of seven men and five women was empanelled at the start of Mr Khazaal’s trial in the New South Wales Supreme Court today.
Justice Megan Latham told the jury: “The Muslim religion is not on trial here, ladies and gentlemen”.
Her address was continuing.
* Looks like Justice Megan Latham is all about ‘empowering women’- regardless of her bungles in the past. Hers is more than anything a political (Labor) appointment…

Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way...
But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it. If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted.
Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth,
(we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it!
One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for
trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display.

Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

2001: After three men pleaded guilty in the District Court to raping two 16-year-old girls in 2000, Judge Megan Latham imposed sentences which included a non-parole period of just four years, and claimed these were not race crimes (the accused were Lebanese Muslims, the complainants non-Muslim) even though the victims had said the opposite.
Amazing, isn’t it?

When a document is titled ‘Provisions on the Rules of Jihad – Short Judicial rulings and organisational instructions for fighters and Mujahideen against infidels’ it would seem to have everything to do with the Muslim religion/cult called Islam.
The ‘Judicial rulings’ obviously come from the Koran/Hadiths/Imams/Mad Mullahs etc.
Which other religions/cults contain ‘Jihad’, ‘Mujahideen’, ‘fighters against infidels’? Fairyland, perhaps?

It is the same as saying at a courtmarchal:”It is not the whole army that is on trial, just one soldier”"it is not the Naziparty on trial, just one member” – Well, convict them, one soldier/member at a time……
When will these idiots finally realize, that Islam is not a religion, but a whole political system, in which SHE would never have a job – because she is just a woman, a second class citizen.

Latham is an idiot – the public shoud work at having her removed from the bench. In particular, her very lenient treatment of the 3 Lebanese muslim thugs screams that she should be removed from the bench immediately. Write to your local MP about this issue!!!
