Combine both and the future looks grim. Like getting cancer in your big toe. "You can have the toe, just stay there and no further". "Oh, you want the foot too? ... Ok, but no further." Then the leg, then the other leg, until........... How do we get our countries leaders to learn from history? When will they put up the good fight?
