Pak. has had billions of dollars in aid, military assistance, and money from Britain because it is part of the Commonwealth. Where has all the money gone? Waste, stupidity and corruption. Mr Zardari may not last long considering the mess Pak. is in at the moment, so who would be next and would they be any better (my bet is NO). If he wants to save his country try the following: Cut out corruption, have stable government with proper infrastructure in place, put a stop to terrorism from the tribal areas, make people feel safe, encourage Pakistanis to invest in their own country with ideas and actions that are economically viable thus building up your own economy. Only then will you be able to even think of attracting foreign investors. Money won't do it, there have been far too many threats against foreigners and the Marriott bombing could be the last straw. As to the moral blackmail because you have nukes, that can be remedied and not to your advantage. One last thing, burning other peoples flags is extremely rude, my last straw came when they burned an effagy of my Queen. DON'T PISS ON THE PEOPLE YOU EXPECT TO SAVE YOU. HATRED BRINGS CONTEMPT AND INDIFFERENCE. Everything’s cheap in Pakistan, including life (sadly).
