This is a satirical website. None of what you read here has anything to do with Islam, because Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everybody knows that good Muslims never do the things they do, (because Allah does it for them, Quran 8:12) and we know that only our misperceptions, ignorance and stereotyping of Islam makes Muslims chop off heads, kill and rape women and children, bomb subways, buses, nightclubs and fly jets into buildings. If it wasn't for the media and da Jooozzz, we wouldn't even know its happening.
We welcome open, honest, thoughtful, and vigorous discussion in the comments threads, so do yourself a favour and don't accuse us of being 'haters' because we are loving, tolerant people. Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way...
But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it. If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted.
Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth,
(we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it!
One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for
trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display.
But you won't be back, trust me on that.
Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

This sux, I am supposed to fly in early next week
I’d just like to take this time to mention that the full ceremonial name of Bangkok is:
Krung Thep Mahanakhon Amon Rattanakosin Mahinthara Ayuthaya Mahadilok Phop Noppharat Ratchathani Burirom Udomratchaniwet Mahasathan Amon Piman Awatan Sathit Sakkathattiya Witsanukam Prasit
Which means “The city of angels, the great city, the eternal jewel city, the impregnable city of God Indra, the grand capital of the world endowed with nine precious gems, the happy city.
Living as I do in downtown Bangkok close to the British Embassy all seems quiet here and all along Sukhumvit the main cross city road. All the action is taking place out of town near the two Airports and the access roads. The Government Offices are occupied by PAD too as they have been for many weeks now. However the very polite friendly Thai people are not targeting foreigners at all this is strictly a Thai/Thai confrontation. So no one who has friends and relatives stranded here need worry at all on that account.Foreigners are suffering yes but only by inconvenience there is no physical threat to them at all.
Interesting, Peter. I used to live in Soi Langsuan, a long time ago.
Hope you realize the Muslims could have just as well targeted BKK for this attack..?
How in the hell can you live there, what with the traffic and pollution. When I am Bangkok I live between Phutthamonthon 2 and Phutthamonthon 3 on the other side of the river. It is well worth the 25 minute drive on the elevated highway just to get away pollution.
It very rare I go into the Sukhumvit area, as you can only have so much of what the area is famous for. But there is a great Irianian restaurant called Sherazade on Sukhumvit soi 3/1, the only problem is the whole area is infested with arabs towing along their garbage sacks. Anyway the food is great, but no booze, but thats no problem, as it is only 3 minutes to Nana.
I can remember this area from 12 years ago, and it was mostly Israelis there, and it was Israelis that showed me this restaurant
But if you want a great steak and some great German beer, the not far from Phutthamonthon 3 along a street named Uthayan there is a beer garden
What really sux for me, as I must do my visa run, and I already have tickets to fly down to Phuket, while the Indonesia Embassy do my visa
By the way, is there a strong muslim presence in PAD.

Well it aint through lack of trying
On 17 March 1994, a joint Iranian-Hezbollah operation to bomb the Israeli Embassy in Bangkok went awry when the terrorists who were driving the truck bomb fled after hitting a local motorcycle. The terrorist fled the scene. The truck was towed to a police station; the bomb was only discovered days later when the police inspected the truck. Also the body of the murdered driver was later found in the vehicle.
Other Hezbollah operations in Thailand include surveillance of the El Al office in Bangkok and counter at Don Muang airport, the only airport in South-East Asia into which the Israeli airline flies. It has also reconnoitered Khao San Road, popular with backpackers and young tourists from around the world, and also the home to one of Bangkok’s synagogues. Not surprisingly, in 2002-03, Jemaah Islamiah’s (JI) operations chief, Hambali ordered his operatives to conduct surveillance on almost exactly the same targets.
On November 7, 2001 a truck bomb was parked outside
the Marina Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The timer had lit the ignition
fuse to the bomb, made up of ammonium nitrate, gas cylinders and
hand grenades, but the weapon had become soaked by monsoon rains
and failed to explode
