The quotes from top Islamic authorities that you have provided cannot be explained away as coming from the uninformed. These top scholars of Sunnism are expressing the political goal of world domination of normative Islam. It is hard to understand why Westerners repeatedly fail to hear their supremacist message when it is so clearly articulated in their own words.
