Paki-land, Jihad- land: Every Kuffar is a Target, Any Infidel Will Do…

* Pakistan: Christian minorities nervous over encroaching sharia

* QUETTA: A suicide bomber killed five and injured 12 people at a girls’ religious school in Pishin district of Balochistan on Monday.

Cricketers shot

Personally, I don’t give a hoot for cricket, its not my culture. But that’s irrelevant here.

Whether Muslims attack the Israeli wrestling team at the Munich Olympics or if they bar the Israeli tennis team from Dubai,if the Iranian judo champion refuses to compete against his Israeli opponent in the 2004 Olympic games, or if Swedish Dhimmies say they  “can’t guarantee the safety of the Israeli team in Sweden”, which results in Israeli’s having to play away from fans and spectators, its all about one thing: the Islamic, genocidal mandate to wipe out the Jews, which you will find wherever the followers of the prophet have been allowed to spread their tentacles. As we can see here in Pakistan, if there are no Jews available, if they can’t get hold of Americans or other foreigners, any infidel will do…

This changes plenty in world cricket – and probably not just there:

UP to six players in the Sri Lankan national cricket team have been hurt in a shooting in Lahore. They were while being driven to the Lahore cricket stadium in Pakistan, Sports Minister Gamini Lokuge said…

The shooting took place near the Gaddafi stadium gate when the team was heading for the third day’s play in the second Test against Pakistan… Lokuge said two players, Tharanga Paranavitana and Thilan Samaraweera, had been taken to hospital in the city. Sri Lankan skipper Mahela Jayawardena was slightly wounded in the foot, his father told a local television station after speaking with him by telephone.

Pakistan is being lost. Pray that its nuclear weapons will be ferried into safety if it goes.

Sheik wonders:

What do you mean by “Pakistan being lost?”

Pakistan was never “won” in the first place. Pakistan is build on Islam and nothing but Islam, it never had an economy of scale, it doesn’t have a language or culture of its own, it seceeded from India and is dependent on the jiziyah, the tribute from Western, infidel countries that have sustained it till now.

Its the same in Bangladesh.

Pakistan is another failed state. Because of Islam.

But hey, call me ‘racist’ or ‘Islamophobic’- like I care!

UPDATE

Six policemen and two civilians died in the attack, said police chief Haji Habibur Rehman. He described the attacks as the work of “well-trained terrorists”…

Australian freelance cameraman Tony Bennett who was at the cricket grounds told ABC news: “We heard a bomb go off, rapids rounds of machine gun fire outside the ground, small arms fire.

UPDATE 2

THE COACH of the Sri Lankan cricket team, Australian Trevor Bayliss, has sustained minor injuries in an attack by masked gunmen on the squad’s coach, a team official said.

UPDATE 3

                                                image

Thilan Samaraweera (above) was one of those hurt along with Tharanga Paranavitana. Both are in hospital. Samaraweera has a bullet wound to his thigh. Paranavitana has a gash to his chest from shrapnel. Those wounded with minor shrapnel injuries were skipper Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara, Chaminda Vaas and Ajantha Mendis.

Samaweera scored back-to-back double centuries in this series, 214 yesterday and 231 in the first Test in Karachi last week.

UPDATE 4

Australian umpires Simon Taufel and Steve Davis were both in the convoy that was fired on, but both were OK, an International Cricket Council spokeswoman said… (H)owever the spokeswoman would not comment on the condition of reserve umpire Ahsan Raza. CNN reported that he was in a critical condition.

UPDATE 5

The bastards.

UPDATE 6

Lahore police chief Habib-ur Rehman said 12 gunmen attacked the convoy near Lahore’s Gaddafi stadium with rockets, hand grenades and automatic weapons and were involved in a 25-minute shoot-out with the security forces.

“They appeared to be well-trained terrorists. They came on rickshaws,” he told reporters.

UPDATE 7

Don’t expect this to change for many years yet:

Australia have not toured Pakistan since 1998 because of fears over the safety of their players.

UPDATE 8

The Hindu warned only yesterday Pakistan is unravelling:

When Pakistan ushered in a democratic government in February 2008, there was widespread expectation that it would bring some political stability to the country after a period of popular agitation against a military ruler. The promising moves towards reconciliation between the two main political forces, the Pakistan People’s Party and the Pakistan Muslim League (N), raised hopes for a favourable environment to tackle the country’s problems of terrorism, militancy, and extremism, crucial to global peace and Pakistan’s own future. It was thought that both sides had learnt from their past failures the valuable lesson that it is always a “third force” that gains when the two democratic parties engage in all-out war. It is now clear they have not. The Supreme Court’s disqualification of (PML leader and former Prime Minister) Nawaz Sharif and his brother Shahbaz Sharif from contesting elections because of previous convictions may be correct in a strictly legal sense. But it has to be asked if this was at all a question for the courts to decide…

The two sides are already in a battle mode, and all indications are that the political conflict will only get worse in the days to come. The resulting instability could lead to consequences far worse than what Pakistan has experienced during such episodes in the past. It is not the same country that it was in the 1990s. A weak civilian government has virtually surrendered to Taliban militants in a region of the North-West Frontier Province. The tribal areas were already militant pocket boroughs. Jihadists are making inroads into all parts of the country. Political warfare is bound to further paralyse governance, providing opportunities for militancy and extremism to flourish, and aggravate the economic crisis.

UPDATE 9

The attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team in Pakistan on Tuesday bore the hallmarks of the same militants that carried out the attack on Mumbai in November, a senior Pakistan official said… He said the police had surrounded the area where the attackers were believed to be now holed up.

UPDATE 10

It could have been Indian players – and war:

Sri Lanka had opted to tour Pakistan after India called off their planned tour to the country following the terror attacks in Mumbai last November…

Some Sri Lankan officials will lose their jobs over this.

UPDATE 11

I think the apologists are running out of excuses. The US, we were told, brought 9-11 on itself through its aggression. We invited Bali on ourselves by siding with the US. India provoked the Mumbai slaughter by discriminating against Muslims. But the Sri Lankans?  How on earth can even the barking mad blame them for this? Now, can we start discussing the role of Islam in political violence, and without the usual shut-ups of “racist!”.

One further note: Which Australian, hailed as a martyr by the Left, trained with Pakistani terrorists?

One thought on “Paki-land, Jihad- land: Every Kuffar is a Target, Any Infidel Will Do…”

  1. Yet another form of Jihad – sport!

    Was Munich the first example?
Most of didn’t even know the word “jihad” back then.
