In the UK a neck bow is an acceptable manner of greeting to the Queen unless one is receiving an honour from her. In Saudi Arabia it is not customary to bow to the "King" unless one is a servant of his. Apart from anything else, it was not a bow, a gentleman keeps his legs and back straight and bows from the waist down, certainly not with legs akimbo like a giggling girl on her first court appearance. Never mind that last sentence, I keep forgetting Obambi is not a gentleman. You can take the hood out of the ghetto, you can never take the ghetto out of the hood.
