Keysar Trad, Australia’s “Out of Context” apologist for cat-meat sheik Hilali is “a racist who has made many distasteful and offensive remarks about Jews and Homosexuals and appears to condone violence.”
Justice Peter McClellan judges him to be a “disgraceful and dangerous individual”.
Trad also gave out misinformation about the Islamic community.
Mr Trad, who founded the Islamic Friendship Association, faces up to $400,000 in court costs (don’t hold your breath: Keysar and his brood are on welfare. Its you, the taxpayer, who foots the bill…/ed)
Keysar Trad defamation case against 2GB dismissed
A defamation case taken out against Macquarie Radio by Islamic Friendship Association spokesman Keysar Trad has been dismissed, with the Supreme court judge finding he has racist views.
Two years ago it was ruled the comments by 2GB radio broadcaster Jason Morrison about Keysar Trad were defamatory.
A Supreme Court jury found in Mr Trad’s favour.
The case stems from a speech Mr Trad made over the Cronulla Riots.
But the jury’s decision has been effectively quashed by today’s judgement from Justice Peter McClellan.
Today Justice McClellan ruled today that the claim should be dismissed after lawyers for 2GB argued that information claimed to be defamatory was in fact true.
“There is little doubt that many of the plaintiff’s remarks are offensive to Jewish persons and homosexuals,” Justice McClellan said in his judgment.
“Many of his remarks are distasteful and appear to condone violence,” the judgment continued.
“I’m satisfied that the plaintiff does hold views which can properly be described as racist.
“I’m also satisfied that he encourages others to hold those views. In particular he holds views derogatory of Jewish people.
“The views which he holds would not be acceptable to most right-thinking Australians,” Justice McClelland’s judgment said.
Mr McHugh had told the judge the “truth case” largely related to documents, including articles which Mr Trad had admitted writing and media interviews.
He read out parts of an article on homosexuals, submitting the views were “offensive” and showed Mr Trad to be a “disgraceful and dangerous individual”.
He also played two radio interviews, where Mr Trad was asked about the comments made by his friend Sheik Alhilali, who had described scantily clad women as “uncovered meat”.
Rather than condemning the sheik, Mr Trad was “an apologist for the appalling views” and gave out misinformation about the Islamic community, Mr McHugh said.
Mr Trad’s case has been dismissed with costs.
Outside court, a representative for Mr Trad said he planned to appeal.
Update:
Mr Trad was not in court. His lawyer said he would appeal against the judgement.
‘Surprise’
The president of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils, Ikebal Patel, says he is surprised by the judge’s description of Mr.Trad’s comments. Ikebal Patel is, of course, no different from Trad himself…
“I thought that what he was saying was quite conciliatory… in the heat of what was happening after the Cronulla riots,” he said.
“Keyser to me seemed to be trying to bring about a middle line.”

Justice McClellan, one of the judges finally see the sense!!!! I never trust Keysar Trad from day one. I know what Justice McCellan think of him. Trad is a two faces, liar, troublemaker and racist. Shame on Ikebal Patel and clueless jury as well!!!

The Jizyah
The Islamic Extortion Racket:
Al-Mawardi (d. 1058), a renowned jurist of Baghdad, in The Laws of Islamic Governance states the critical connection between jihad and payment of the jizya. He notes that “The enemy makes a payment in return for temporary peace and reconciliation.” Al-Mawardi then distinguishes two cases: Primarily, payment is made immediately and is treated like booty. Secondly, payment is made yearly and will “constitute an ongoing tribute by which their security is established”.
If the payment ceases, then the jihad resumes.
He adds “it does, however, not prevent a jihad being carried out against the infidels in the future for converting them to Islam, in spite of their having paid the jizya.”
