Mass-murderer Major Nidal Hasan has thus far been diagnosed as suffering from:
• Post-traumatic stress disorder
• Pre-traumatic stress disorder
• Post-traumatic stress disorder by proxy
• Prospective traumatic stress disorder
• Compassion fatigue
And …
• Vicarious trauma
Now Time magazine offers the latest medical opinion, also prior to Hasan offering a single word of explanation himself (“Allahu akbar” evidently doesn’t count). He’s suffering from:
• Secondary trauma
UPDATE. Hasan lately found an outlet for all that stress and trauma. Kind of like another bunch of guys did back in 2001 …
UPDATE II. Oh, look; Anne Davies is waking up. Apparently “new details” have emerged linking Hasan to some form of religion. Probably he caught it off a traumatised soldier.

U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda, two American officials briefed on classified material in the case told ABC News.
According to the officials, the Army was informed of Hasan’s contact, but it is unclear what, if anything, the Army did in response.

The left will eventually agree it was an act of terrorism but of course it has nothing to do with Islam.

Nidal opened fire on soldiers who were on their way to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.
That was also a receiving station for troops returning. One of the troopers returning was in a “happy mood” because whe was pregnant and was sent home from the Iraq theater. Francheska Velez, 21, of Chicago, was pregnant and preparing to return home.
She died by his hand as well as her unborn baby.
But Nidal is getting all the sympathy from the media.
This poor, poor fellow was suffering from PTSD because the American army, of which he was ’sort of a part’, was killing his countrymen in religion. He was being torn psychologically, the poor chap.
So he planned a year inadvance, bought the necessary guns and ammo “off-base” so as not to be traced, committed himself to as much greater jihad as possible to prepare his way to paradise, used computers “off-base”( once again so as not to leave tracks), to contact and receive instructions and reassurance from his Pakistani and Palestinian fellow clerics abroad, and committed an act of deadly first degree mass-murder.
The poor devil. It’s too bad he had to live through it. Now he has to go through the pain and torture of reliving those moments as well as receiving all that praise as a living martyr by his Islamic Mafia compatriots.
The Political Correctness I am hearing in the mass-mainstream-media propagandisers just blows me away to the point where I feel so sick I have to check myself into a clinic to see if I have H1N1.
I don’t even watch CNN, ABC, NBC, MSNBC news anymore. I am going to ask for a refund on the cable bill after cancellation.
