The Dark Side Of Islam

More like the dark side of the moon, really: no matter which way you look at it, there ain’t no bright side to it….

Introduction courses to Islam are Indoctrination sessions, writes Jon Anderson, who tried it…

IT’S BEEN MORE than eight years since Islamist terrorists succeeded in killing 3,000 people in the infamous Sept. 11 attack and America has yet to identify Islam as the ideological cause. I was 37 and a full-time student at JMU when the first images of the falling twin towers flooded our televisions.

I enrolled in an Introduction to Islam course the next semester. The course presented Islam as a religion of peace, justice and equality. Sometimes I asked questions in class motivated by suspicion that we were not getting the whole truth. I began to realize that the instructor was evading these kinds of questions.

For instance, after learning that it was obligatory for Muslims to give 2.5 percent of their income to charity, I asked if there was any means for donors to track how their money was spent. The instructor gave a reply, but didn’t answer the question. I had to press him pretty hard before he admitted that charities provided no such information. Years later, FBI raids on Islamic “charities” proved that at least some of them were funneling donated funds to terrorist organizations.

It wasn’t until working on the final research paper that I began to develop a conviction that Islam was a harmful ideology. I set out to discover if militant jihad was a part of Islamic doctrine. I determined to base my findings on Islamic scripture, not on the acts of terrorists. I discovered that “jihad” could correctly be interpreted as “a personal struggle” in certain places in Islamic scripture; however, “warfare” was much more often the intended meaning of the term.

In contrast to Biblical commands to conquer, which were isolated to a specific region in Israel’s history, Koranic commands to engage in warfare are universal and are to continue until Islam is the only religion. Examples include: “Make war on them until idolatry does not exist any longer and Allah’s religion reigns universally” (8:39). “Kill the unbelievers wherever ye find them, capture and besiege them and prepare for them every kind of ambush” (9:5). “Fight against them! Allah shall punish them, at your hands and give you victory over them…” (9:14). “Wage war on the people of the Book, who … do not accept the religion of Islam” (9:29). “Fight the unbelievers in your surroundings, and let them find harshness in you” (9:123). “Those who follow Muhammad are merciless for the unbelievers but kind to each other” (48:29). “Truly Allah loves those who fight in His cause in battle array… ” (61:4).

Self-study in more recent years has only increased my conviction. My frustration with the national press is at an all-time high for its near blackout on the doctrines of Islam. More problematic is the media’s ignorance concerning Islamic advocacy groups that engage in deception to further the cause of jihad. After the Fort Hood massacre, leaders of CAIR (Council of American-Islamic Relations) made appearances on all the major news networks. Invariably, CAIR’s message is one of shock and strong condemnation of the violence. This is followed by a portrayal of Muslims as the victim of hostility.

In January of this year, the FBI severed all ties with CAIR due to evidence revealing close ties between its leaders and Hamas. More recently, evidence stemming from a six-month non-government undercover investigation was made public in the book, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld that’s Conspiring to Islamize America.” Documents prove that CAIR has fully supported the international jihad against the United States, having the goal of transforming American society through terrorist activities, fraud, and infiltration of our political and intelligence organizations. Some members of Congress are calling for a full congressional investigation.

Being knowledgeable of Islam’s dark side neither makes me fearful of, nor violent toward, Muslims. I befriend Muslims whenever and wherever I can. I also encourage others to do the same. My willingness to publicly speak out against Islam should not be perceived as hostility toward Muslims. I’m following the Biblical instruction to expose fallacy and teach truth (Matthew 18:20; 1 Timothy 4:16; Titus 1:9).

Lobbying Centres Masquerading As Courses In Australian Universities

Centre for Arab and Islamic Studies

Australian University campuses. One such place is the Centre for Arab & Islamic Studies(CAIS) at the Australian National University(ANU), Canberra.

It is certainly a good idea to study religion in an academic set-up and thus there is nothing fundamentally wrong in having the CAIS at the ANU or any other Islamic-study centres at other Australian Universities. However, there are no dedicated centres for Buddhist or Jain or Parsi or Hindu studies at any of the major Universities in Australia. Of course, to understand the reasons for this omission and commission in Australian University campuses, would require a study of the synergy arising from the concentration of left-leaning academicians in our Universities and those with an Islamist agenda, amongst other factors.

It goes without saying that CAIS would not indulge in any activities such as a critical study of the consequences of Political Islam around the world. Here is an example list of subjects that would NEVER be studied at Islamic centres such as the CAIS:

Religious freedom in Saudi Arabia

The plight of minorities in Islamic countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh (such as Hin
Muslim Medieaval Tolerance in Afghanistan: Referred to as Gandhara and Vahlika in ancient Hindu-Buddhist scriptures, Hinduism (Saivite) and Buddhism (Mahayana) were the dominant faiths of the ancestors of present day Pathans inhabiting the Eastern and Southern parts of Afghanistan, before the advent of Islam. Around 654 C.E., Arab forces started attacking the Hindu Kingdoms of Kabul and Zabul ruled by the Shahiya kings. The Pathans resisted for 2 centuries before they were overwhelmed and forcibly converted to Islam. So great was the massacre of Hindus that the local mountain range was renamed as ‘Hindu Kush’ meaning ‘Hindu slaughter’. With the fall of the communist regime in 1980′s and after demolition of the Babri Masjid in India on December 6, 1992, the 75000 Hindu minority, mainly resident in Kabul, Jalalabad and Kandhar, was targeted selectively and their religious sites were descecrated. They fled en-masse to cities like Delhi in India, where they are settled now. Several modern day Indian Hindu communities like the Sehgals are descendent of Afghan Hindus who fled Islamic persecution in Afghanistan several centuries ago.
How Sharia law has violated the human-rights of minorities in Muslim countries.
The spread of Islam through the sword in Asia, accompanied by the large scale genocide of non-muslim people and the eradication of indigenous cultures in Asia.
The persecution of Muslim minorities such as the Ahmediyas by main-stream Muslims such as the Sunnis in Pakistan, Indonesia etc.
The sources of monetary funding and theological/ideological inspiration behind 9/11, 7/7, 26/11 and other terrorist attacks around the world such as the Bali Bombings, Madrid Train Blasts, Mumbai Train blasts etc.
Inseparability of Politics and Religion in Islam and their consequences on humanity.
CAIS itself boasts of the funding that it receives from the Iranian Government and the Turkish Government. Off-course, CAIS also receives a lot of funding from other Saudi Arabian sources. Thus, it cannot be expected that they study the subjects outlined above. This is a classical example of inseparability of Politics and Academics. Just as the importance of the separation of the church and government is vital to the evolution of democracies around the world, the separation of church and academic studies is vital to University studies and scholarly research. However, centres such as CAIS and the mushrooming of such centres on Australian University campuses are ‘going back’ full circle and integrating church and academic studies(well, in this case, the mosque and academic studies) and thus are becoming centres of Islamic lobbying rather than centres of learning.

Future Australian Diplomats may be trained in such centres and may be responsible for shaping Australia’s future foreign policies. There is a real danger that the world-views of these future diplomats may be shaped through the prism of Islamic lobbying centres such as the CAIS. This danger might generate ill-conceived foreign policy nightmares for Australia, especially with countries such as India, China, Russia, Thailand etc, as these countries all have Islamic

-separatist problems within their countries.

The likelihood that Australian government representatives and diplomats would be influenced by lobbying centres such as the CAIS was clearly visible in the 2020 Summit facilitated by the Rudd government not too long ago. The advertisement for the 2020 summit said that the government needed some good ideas (to govern!) and that the 1000 “best and brightest” minds would be selected and that these minds would provide the government with good ideas. After the summit, the prime minister said that the top ideas would be acted upon by his government. There were 10 subjects for discussion in the summit, each with 100 experts, thus making up the 1000 “best and brightest” Australian minds. One of the ten subjects was Australia’s security. One would have expected the best 100 minds in the security domain to have participated. There were indeed some security experts amongst this 100. However, amongst this “100 security experts” were

Prof Amin Saikal. (Director, CAIS, ANU)
Mr Waleed Aly. (spokesperson for the Islamic Council of Victoria).
Assoc Professor Samina Yasmeen. (Director, Centre for Muslim States and Societies, University of Western Australia).
Clearly, the present Australian government sees people in “Centres of Islamic learning” including people dependent on “Islamic governments” for their careers, as “security experts” and allows these people to counsel them on matters of security including Australia’s policies with other countries on matters related to security. This is clearly a dangerous sign of things to come not only to Australians, but to non-Muslim populations and non-Muslim governments in Asia.

Lobbying centres such as the CAIS are very good in deceiving the general public about their intentions. In the month of June this year, Prince Turki Al-Faisal, President of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, Saudi Arabia presented a public lecture entitled ‘The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Today’ hosted by the CAIS at the ANU. Amongst other things, he said that Palestinians could follow the example of Gandhi to get Israel to accept their demands. Without a doubt, this is a very good idea and a radical one as far as Political Islam is concerned. But then the Prince was trying to deceive his listeners with his noble-sounding talk.

The deception was unmasked, when one of the members in the audience questioned the Prince, saying that while he was advocating the Gandhian idea of non-violence, would there be a chance of implementing the Gandhian idea of religious freedom by building a Hindu temple in Saudi Arabia. The prince replied that this would not be feasible as it was Mohammed’s idea not to allow any other religion in the country!! So much for Ghandian tolerance and freedom.

The word University derives from the Latin word ‘universus’ which means ‘whole’ or ‘entire’. Thus Universities are places where anything and everything can be studied in its entirety. According to this definition, University studies should be free from bias, for knowledge, by its very nature is eternal and free from bias. Thus it is appropriate to study everything including religion in an University. However, when there is an extreme bias in studies, thus deliberately depriving the ‘study’ of its entirety, then the study is no longer worthy of being conducted under the umbrella of a University.

Thus, it is not a good idea to study religion in a University centre, when the study is sponsored heavily by pro-religious fundamentalist groups, where the content of discourse is heavily biased in favor of these fundamentalist groups. Australians should never allow Universities to become lobbying centres for pro-Islamist groups or any other religious groups for that matter. There is a need for our parliamentarians and policy makers to understand the dangers of pro-Islamist groups in Universities (including formal Islamist groups such as the CAIS at the ANU).

Too small? Click here This is a satirical website. None of what you read here has anything to do with Islam, because Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everybody knows that good Muslims never do the things they do, (because Allah does it for them, Quran 8:12) and we know that only our misperceptions, ignorance and stereotyping of Islam makes Muslims chop off heads, kill and rape women and children, bomb subways, buses, nightclubs and fly jets into buildings. If it wasn't for the media and da Jooozzz, we wouldn't even know its happening. We welcome open, honest, thoughtful, and vigorous discussion in the comments threads, so do yourself a favour and don't accuse us of being 'haters' because we are loving, tolerant people. Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but  you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way... But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it.  If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

The vast majority here have nothing against the people, but a lot to say against the ideology. Islam is BAD!!!

If these Lobbying Centres are in Australia then you can bet that they are located on campuses the world over.
I am forwarding this article to my MP and the Prime Minister.Whether they will believe it or not is another matter, but this should at least be put on record.

I cannot find an obvious comment.
A possible reason is that someone is trying to give us a message.
It happens with this particular entry.

Actually, female genital mutilation is directly against the sunnah of the Prophet and illegal according to all aspects of Islamic Law.
People that continue with this tradition are only doing it as a tradition and have no basis to continue apart from cultural.
There are plenty of non-muslim africans living in isloated areas, continuing with this barbaric ritual

because those attacks had no religious motivation, they had a political agenda, and the second attack was a backlash.

Dhumme Dhimmi,

However the police cannot react to several events that occur within a short time. This is why it is essential to keep the muslim population down. And when the PC laws allow muslim to infiltrate in to the police service, what will you expect??

kaw December 17, 2009 at 1:02 pm

lovely – given that islam draws no distinction between religion and politics your claim is very inaccurate. The attacks WERE religously motivated and this is highlighted by the mutilation of the women who were murdered.

Dhumme Dhimmi December 17, 2009 at 1:12 pm

I share all your concerns, believe me.
I am afraid I was too suble kaw. What I was trying to say ‘under-the-radar’ was even though we have P.C. Laws [that restrict functional communication] the community finds other codes to use. Such as:- absolutely NO descriptions, but the area gives it away straight away. Or. T.V. crews will film or photograph suspects. Or News stations will provide CCTV footage with suspects in full view, again with that frustratingly undescriptive language, but in such a way as to tell us a lot. It is a matter of reading between the lines. So, that when you talk to your family, friends or acquaintances, they have developed exactly the same conclusions. Then sure enough, when charges are laid or cases are heard we were right in every detail.
We all believe in the Rule-Of- Law which underpins our Society and makes us great and unassailable. And while the Police feel exactly the same as we do they bring those monsters to justice, quietly and without prejudice.

Dhumme Dhimmi,
I understood your point, but I still think that the mechanisms we use to get prosecutions have an inertia of their own – so police cannot response quickly and in quantity. I agree with your ideas but to be effective there must be strict media control – because in this battle controlling the flow of information is critical. The police are effective, but they are only part of the equation. The judiciary is a significant component that is highly flawed. When a UK court has the stupidity to file an arrest warrant on an Israeli minister on the behalf of a group of Palestinian questionables one really must question the value of a lawyer. I would go so far as to say that the Manchester (UK) police units are an excellent example of how PC policy can effectively destroy the policing capability of a police force – they concern themselves with arresting schoolgirls on trumped up racism charges, or mothers whose children have put a gollywog in a casement window. Keeps the PC stats rolling along at the cost of the serious cases. The problem is simply related to the local muslim population number – keep them limited and there are no problems. Above a certain percentage and then it requires a lot of effort to control them. But you are correct – if we keep to the letter of the law we will prevail as long as we protect the law and do not allow the invaders to mutate them to their own purposes.

Dhumme Dhimmi December 17, 2009 at 10:17 pm

Hello kaw, I think your situation is far more serious if the Police are as restricted as that.
Australia might not be so far down the dhimmitude road as we all fear.
HOPEFULLY.
Recent readings of news articles from around the E.U. are detecting attempts to reign in ‘islamification’.
Have you noticed how things have become silent this week? Maybe they are all at Copenhagen. Maybe Dubai’s meltdown has chopped off funds. Hopefully both. Have you seen some of the ‘English’ [???] representatives from NGO’s? at the talkfest. All seem to be non-indigenious.
Good luck with your progress. By banding together we will defeat them. Communicating is the key. This website and others have been intrinsic to getting the news out there.

Is Rudd a closet Islamist?

Is He softening us up for Dar al-Islam by impoverishing us with debt?

How can we pay $1 billion a year for Climate Change jizya, when we owe $1.2 TRILLION?

“Aussies $1.2 trillion in debt”, 27/12/2009 2:05:01 PM
http://money.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=988071

“In a new record, Australians now owe more in household debt than the country’s entire economy earns in a year.
Reserve Bank figures show mortgage, credit card and personal loan debts now stand at $1.2 trillion, up 71 per cent from just five years ago and equating to $56,000 for every man, woman and child in the country, News Ltd says.
Our spending binge, fuelled most recently by the federal government’s First Home Owner Grant, means personal debt now totals 100.4 per cent of Australia’s annual GDP – one of the highest ratios in the developed world.
“It’s the first time household debt has cracked 100 per cent of annual GDP and it’s a terrible, terrible sign,” University of NSW economics professor Steve Keen told News Ltd.”
