See!!! The New York Times says so tooooooo!!!!!! You Infidels!!!

They are just making a tiny few changes that's all. [Creeping Sharia]

"The Obamas have opted not to pose for photographs with every guest at every party, a custom embraced (though perhaps a bit wearily) by other presidents and their wives. Aides say the Obamas prefer smaller gatherings where they can mingle.

But some guests have expressed dismay at missing out on a snapshot.

''People who didn't know were disappointed,'' said Dee Dee Myers, a former press secretary to president Bill Clinton, who said there was glum chatter at a recent function for Democratic Party faithful.

''I totally understand that doing receiving lines is exhausting, yet people have come to expect it. It means a lot to them.''

There are other changes, too. The Obamas are having fewer parties than the Bushes and none on weekends, perhaps reflecting that the White House is also home to their daughters, Malia and Sasha.

As for the decor, Michelle Obama decided to display fewer trees and wreaths. There is no artificial snow and no Santa Claus. Aides said the choices reflected the Obamas' personal taste and their empathy for the hardships facing many Americans.

Isn't the room pretty, though?

And Oprah says to too!!!!!

Obama and Michelle tell Oprah and the world that they are having Christmas at the White House. On Oprah's Special on the ABC called “Christmas at the White House: An Oprah Primetime Special” registering as Sunday’s most-watched entertainment program at 11.8 million."
She specifically asked them were they celebrating Christmas. After a split second pause and a dual sigh they both said emphatically, yes.
Because I have gained a lot of knowledge about this from this site and links to it, I was aware of the sensitivity behind the question.
Fancy having to ask the POTUS if he was. Now, why would that be so?

If you go over the whole interview you will see all the skipping over of direct questions by answering indirectly.

Talk about still looking uncomfortable.
