Males are solitary and usually very aggressive. Anything in their hunting range is food, even bear cubs. As for the polar bear hunger problem, since their numbers are increasing in two separate areas caused by human intervention, and the seal hunts, their natural prey is limited. Go figure!! Good intentions can produce really bad consequences. ABC needs to learn more about bears, polar and otherwise. Males are solitary and usually very aggressive. The closer we get to the summit the more cooked up stories we're going to hear, and the wilder as well. Afterall, dumb politicians will believe anything...kind of like my "blond" sister. Like, you know, she'll say, in her high pitched piercing voice..."oh my gawd...the polar bear momies ate the poor babies 'cause of global warming...we have to stop global warming tomorrow, like, you know???"
