Netherlands: Mohammedan Lawyer may remain seated

Update: I demand a public flogging for this POS!

The baloon left says “For Allah all people are equal.” On the right “Except women, gays, jews, christians, unbelievers, apostates, unmarried couples, members of the Tros, cartoonists, …”

Needless to mention that this POS got free schooling, free healthcare and housing benefits financed by the infidel fools of Holland  until he got his law degree. Now he shows the filthy kuffars how much he holds them in contempt. Curiously, the filthy kuffars still don’t get the message:

thanks to Islam in Europe

The Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal annulled the reprimand given by the Dutch bar disciplinary board to ‘sitting lawyer’ Mohammed Enait. Enait was reprimanded for not standing before the judges, for wearing a head covering and for showing contempt to a judge on a TV show.

Update from Islamization Watch:

The Dutch are swallowing this up – did they consider that this Muslim lawyer might think that as a Muslim – he is not obliged to respect Dutch law? Sharia law calls for Muslims to bring all others under Islam – Sura 9:29 [The fight verse - there are more]. Did the Dutch not observe as well that some of those on trial for terrorism in the US also refused to stand for or acknowledge the authority of the court. What a joke!

It would be interesting to know how the appeals court came to its conclusion – did the Muslim lawyer present a case based on Sharia law – or the Koran – if this is the case then the court will accept what the Koran says as evidence of Muslim sentiment and belief – should help Wilders who has been brought up on hate charges – after quoting Koran text in his short film Fitna.

Being politically correct is turning out to be another way of saying that you are simply – uniformed.

Islamic Shenanigans in Melbourne Court –

The hate mail came after [Judge] Mr Reardon expressed frustration when two of the accused men [terror] refused to stand up for him during a court hearing earlier this month, saying their religion prohibited them standing for anyone but God.
… .. Mr Reardon yesterday declared anyone in the public gallery who did not stand would be removed from court.

It is customary for lawyers to stand when the judge enters the court, in order to show respect. Enait is an orthodox Muslims and says that due to his religious convictions, he doesn’t want to stand. According to the Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal, while the judiciary should be respected, Enait should also have his ‘sincere and authentic religious convictions’ respected. In addition, the Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal says that Enait had no intention of contempt.

Enait is satisfied with the decision, which he says shows that the former decision of reprimanding him was a ‘caravan of lame camels’. “Common sense finally won,” according to the lawyer. He says that the dike has broken for lawyers who want to show respect in their own way.

The case started when the Dutch bar complained against Enait. Enait is now considering whether to take steps against the Rotterdam bar, for example – to sue for compensation for injuring his name and reputation. “But the most important thing I will do is to be a solid and robust lawyer, that is my primary aspiration.”

A majority in parliament – including the CDA, PvdA and VVD parties – turned to justice minister Hirsch Ballin to pass legislation which would state how lawyers should act. The parliament thinks it’s incomprehensible that the Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal annulled Enait’s reprimand.

CDA parliament member Van Haersma Buma says “I think it’s really shocking that the Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal puts the individuals opinions of such a man above the general rules we have in the Netherlands. It’s absolutely nonsense that Islam expects that sort of things. That is a very extremely interpretation of this man. In my opinion he knows very well what is respectful in the Netherlands and what isn’t. This is a wrong signal.”

Meanwhile, on Friday Enait caused another stir when he left in the middle of an interview on the Pauw and Witteman show Friday (video here). Enait was upset at Jeroen Pauw, whom he said was too ‘mono-cultural’.

Enait got irritated by Pauw’s questions, on why he doesn’t shake women’s hands and why he covers his head. “Because the prophet Mohammed wore a cap you do that too?”

At one point he called Enait a provocateur, and then Enait went on the offensive, saying that Pauw lives has no idea what happens in this society and that is Pauw’s problem. Before the broadcast Pauw told Enait that he doesn’t believe in multicultural society. Enait called Pauw and Witteman ‘elite-racists’ and ‘political agitators’.

Editor Herman Meijer thinks that Enait’s departure was planned. Enait had been on the show twice before and though tempers had gotten high, he hadn’t left the show like that. Meijer says he tried to convince Enait to come back and had a heated discussion with him outside on the street, but Enait refused, saying that he wasn’t treated respectfully.

Too small? Click here This is a satirical website. None of what you read here has anything to do with Islam, because Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everybody knows that good Muslims never do the things they do, (because Allah does it for them, Quran 8:12) and we know that only our misperceptions, ignorance and stereotyping of Islam makes Muslims chop off heads, kill and rape women and children, bomb subways, buses, nightclubs and fly jets into buildings. If it wasn't for the media and da Jooozzz, we wouldn't even know its happening. We welcome open, honest, thoughtful, and vigorous discussion in the comments threads, so do yourself a favour and don't accuse us of being 'haters' because we are loving, tolerant people. Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but  you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way... But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it.  If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

Really? Isn’t this exactly the type of thing that Geert warns of, and
gets prosecuted for? Now to reap the jizyah!

If it were my courtroom, I would put a taser shock belt on his ass…every insult or contemptious action would be immediately answered with a massive jolt of taser energy…just like they do here in the US with seriously violent criminals who are on trial yet again.

After receiving the benefits of a Western democracy, they become very arrogant and THINK they have power, don’t they? Thirty years of generosity and where did it get them?

Well, Holland might have backed down, now, but one step back two steps forward, to me.

They must be being ‘careful’ so soon after the Swiss Referendum.

What steps are being taken to maintain the momentum revealed during the European surveys? Oh, I know, charge Geert Wilders.

While Geert is being distracted who else is taking up the leadership? Remember, thanks to our blind, gullible leaders we are THIRTY YEARS BEHIND in dealing with this problem of Muslim terrorism.

We are more than 30 years behind. I believe now that any muslim threat etc must be dealt with in the harshest way possible. It appears that the muslim umma can only react with and respond to violence. If this is indeed the case then no other language is appropriate in dealing with these thugs.

One should also examine the composition of the appeal tribunal that lets this fat muslim t___ get away with insulting the courts.

Muslims will never assimilate anywhere, period. Pandering to and or allowing their malignant narcissism and arrogance will be the end of us. They are destroyers of civilization and have been for at least 1,400 years. It is all they do. They will not change. They understand one thing, violence, and that is the only way they can be dealt with, contrary to the belief of many dhimmi supposed anti-jihad sites. The Muslim cannot be separated from Islam and its dictates, actions and consequences. The religion of Muslims cannot be separated from their politics, military, economics, etc. To think it can and or will is delusion. Such never has happened, why should it ever? The dhimmi anti-jihad sites are doing a tremendous amount of damage by proclaiming that the legislative and legal systems can straighten it all out and protect us from Islam. Those systems cannot and will not. They will almost always cave in to political and or economic pressure. Note Oklahoma’s backing down from the latest anti-sharia bill. For instance, I admire Geert Wilders immensely, but his belief that the “religion” of Islam can be separated from the “politics” of Islam is delusional or maybe he is just saying what he has to say to stay in business. Support anti-Islam movements every way you possibly can and don’t vote for any dhimmi candidate, regardless of the person’s apparent political or religious affiliation. Think of your children, grand children and great grand children.

sheikyermami April 11, 2012 at 6:51 pm

Wilders doesn’t belief that the “religion” of Islam can be separated from the “politics” of Islam. He never said that.
