So now it is crystal clear – that despite all the efforts of the police to obfuscate these muslim racist attacks as a “one off” or “incidents like this are rare” – they are neither.

If anything I would call it common assault and in most countries, under normal jurisprudence, it amounts to little more than a “slap on the wrist”.
I was puzzled over the early release of the Lockerbie bomber.

Once again, the non-believer is being jailed for “common assault” on a Muslim. This is usually a slap on the wrist but we can see how sharia law is creeping into our society.
Emma Woods was committing her second assault but this, according to the magistrate, was racially motivated. Was her previous assault racially motivated? That is the question I would be asking if I were a lawyer in her case. If her previous case was just simple assault then there is another underlying problem with this woman.
If she is drunk and disorderly, she gets violent, then perhaps she is “diabetic” or perhaps she needs “alcohol rehabilitation” or perhapos she was taking medication that affected her alcohol consumption. All these things must be brought into question before passing judgment.
This is how sharia is going to win out…we elect judges, like Elena Kagan, who are prone to make split decisions rather than looking at the constitutionality of cases. This changes the whole fabric of jurisprudence in the land.
Even with the politically correct brainwashing thats been going on in Britain for 30 years, I bet if there was a referendum the average citizen would display his disgust for islamists and their apologists.
When are the people going to wake up to this menace?
