Outrage! Judge Tom Schalken of the Wilders inquisition tried to influence Arabist Hans Jansen during a dinner…

BREAKING! Judges Dismissed, New Trial Ordered for Geert Wilders! “Newspaper De Pers: Judge Schalken of the Amsterdam court tried to influence expert witness Hans Jansen during a dinner. Mafia methods!

Atlas Shrugs/Pamela Geller:

The charges against Geert Wilders in this heresy trial should be dismissed. Enough. The relentless persecution and harassment of Geert Wilders is symbolic of freedom’s struggle against the forces of oppression and evil. These are trumped-up charges in a kangeroo court hellbent on jailing one of the world’s leading defenders of freedom and western values. On trial with Wilders is Churchill, Locke, Burke, Rand, Washington, and every individual who advanced liberty over slavery, individualism over collectivism, freedom over oppression.   (More)

  1. This whole show is a put-up job and a hoax.

Dutch law is based on the null hypothesis. In most legal systems, the presumption that a defendant is innocent (“until proven guilty”) can be interpreted as saying that the null hypothesis is that the defendant is innocent. Yet G. Wilders states ‘Wie zwijgt stemt toe!’ which means that being silent means one approves. The Netherlands has many inhabitants who for instance due to medical conditions, age etc. are silent.

Further the Netherlands has laws regarding ‘Freedom of Speech’, but no law ‘Freedom for Speech’. It is an error to think that one can say everything and anything one choose to.

Evidence of which is the ‘CIDI – (Centrum Informatie en Documentie Israël- http://www.cidi.nl/ )’ one goal this centrum is, to censure speech (expression) and even have it remove, made impossible, prosecuted etc.

    This show is put-up job.
