Why does Obama Release Omar Khadr, an Islamic Psycho Killer?

Ezra Levant, excoriates Obama for giving a sweetheart plea deal to confessed Gitmo Killer

Omar Khadr admits to being a murderer, a terrorist, a spy and an al-Qaida member in a U.S. war crimes court, also confessing he was motivated to kill Americans and Jews.

TORONTO SUN Reportedly, Khadr has struck a plea bargain with the Obama administration for an eight-year prison term — one year in U.S. jails; the rest in Canada. But anyone who knows Canada’s liberal parole laws knows he’ll get out immediately. Our “statutory release” policy requires offenders serve the final third of their sentence “in the community.” But Khadr won’t stay in even that long. (Barenaked)

Coddled Khadr

He’s an admitted murderer but he’s treated with kid gloves here

by Ezra Levant

It’s all true. Omar Khadr admits to being a murderer, a terrorist, a spy and an al-Qaida member.

(In fact, his whole parasitic family are confessed Islamic terrorists and proud of it)

Monday, he confessed this to a U.S. war crimes court, also confessing he was motivated to kill Americans and Jews.

Khadr murdered U.S. army medic Christopher Speer. Speer’s widow, Tabitha, sat in court Monday weeping, comforted by her sister.

Her name almost never appears in the love letters to Khadr published in Canada as “news reports.”

Khadr tried to kill Sgt. Layne Morris, too. He was blinded in one eye. Morris was also in court. I bet you haven’t heard his name before. I bet you won’t read it again.

Because Tabitha Speer and Layne Morris interfere with the mainstream media’s project of turning Khadr into a Muslim saint.

The twin headquarters of Khadr’s fanclub are the Canadian Bar Association and the CBC. According to its website, the CBC has produced 1,700 stories about Khadr. The Dalai Lama only gets 1,550 and Nelson Mandela, 1,070. Unlike Khadr, they’re not useful in undermining the legitimacy of the war on terror, including the Canadian Forces and CSIS.

And lobbying for Khadr has been the Canadian Bar Association’s highest political priority. The CBA remained only secret admirers of Khadr for the first four years of his incarceration, because that’s when the prime minister and justice minister were Liberals.

The CBA could only gaze at the picture of Khadr in their locker, doodling his name in their diaries. What a relief when the Conservatives took office, and their love for Khadr could be sung from the mountaintops, in over 100 public statements.

Khadr will return the favour to the profession. The Jew-hating murderer has filed a $10-million lawsuit against the Canadian government. That’s a lot of fees for a lot of lawyers.

There are too many Khadr fans to list. But Judy Rebick’s blog entry from this summer is outstanding. Change the name “Omar Khadr” to “Justin Bieber,” and it could have been ripped from an issue of Teen Beat. “My heart aches for Omar Khadr,” wrote Rebick, comparing him to Mandela, and lauding his “courage and dignity.”

A CBC commentator and former NDP candidate, Rebick once led Canada’s state-funded women’s lobby. How a Jewish feminist could have a crush on an anti-Semitic, misogynist murderer is baffling. When hostages sympathize with their captors, psychologists call it Stockholm Syndrome. What’s Rebick’s excuse?

Reportedly, Khadr has struck a plea bargain with the Obama administration for an eight-year prison term — one year in U.S. jails; the rest in Canada. But anyone who knows Canada’s liberal parole laws knows he’ll get out immediately. Our “statutory release” policy requires offenders serve the final third of their sentence “in the community.” But Khadr won’t stay in even that long.

Canada gives criminals credit for time in custody before trial. The eight years he has been in Guantanamo Bay means he’ll be out by next Christmas.

He’ll be busy: Hitting the campus lecture circuit; strategizing against CSIS with his lawyers; maybe driving slowly by Jewish synagogues and schools.

He’ll become a CBC pundit. Maybe a star candidate for the NDP.

It’s certain he’ll be the first murderer nominated for the Order of Canada. It’s less certain that nomination will be denied.

  1. I would love to see the whole cancerous Khadr family repatriated to the land of their ancestors, never to set foot in North America again. They hate us & our culture but are allowed to suck our social resources dry anyway. It’s time for some real justice.

  2. I’m with you “pigs”.
Khadr and his family should be sent packing.
The family is indoctrinated in al Qaeda devout Islamic ideology and they are all therefore psychopathic.
They replicate the teachings of Muhammad right to the letter.

  3. “The media turning Khadr into a Muslim saint.”

Same elevation to pop-star status of David Hicks by the Australian media, Dick Smith, and other deluded persons.

What is wrong with the media? And do-gooder morons? They all seem to have inherited the same defective gene.

  4. Guilty on ALL counts…That should be the end of any discussion of Khadr’s guilt or innocence…RIGHT? NO WAY JOSE….Now the next tacticto be employed by the Islamic Apologists will be to deny the verdict and just say that Omar pled guilty to get out of Gitmo and back to Canada …Their specious arguments about Khadr being an innocent child soldier, brain washed into going to training camps in Pakistan and Afghanistan, not throwing that hand grenade, not assembling IEDs ,not spying for Al-Queda have ALL been proven false…
Why does the media follow in their chosen path, that Khadr is some sort of Canadian hero, and should be given a ticker tape parade down Yonge street upon his return?
I have asked myself these questions and have never come up with a satisfactory answer…

    1. They did it with Hicks aka Mahmud Dawoud, with Mamdou Habib and with Jihad Jack in Australia. The media is totally infiltrated by far left freaks who are trying to turn Islamic mass-killers into some kind of heroes. They need to be brought to trial!

  5. No one in Canada wants this scumbag back here, but as you point out, our sob-sister politicians will probably rehabilitate him by finding him a job in an explosives plant.

  6. When I look at some comments on this issue, I feel very bad. Firstly, most of them have no research and just say what they feel based on what the media is feeding them ‘muslims are this and that’…why do they have to say ‘muslim man did this’ instead of his name? but in other cases, religion does not matter. Anyways, I dont like to judge and wont judge people, however, I literally cry when reading about those in guantano bay, especially Omar Khadr and some of the other young ones. Over 90% of them are innocent, but America is America after all and they seem to have a hate for certain people, who knows why. How can one even think to torture a young fifteen year old boy? put yourself in his shoes, I mean my heart aches and tears come down my face just reading about what Americans have done to him. Don’t judge a person’s religion, they just might not be one of the best families. Im sure you know of people in bad families. Dont torture him, make it a healthy and possibly put him in rehab for getting through the psychological and physical problems he went through. I am so shocked he is still alive, a fifteen year old away from his family especially his mother has got to be hard and then being tortured. its surprising to learn the kinds of hearts americans have. Torturing children and kicking them when they are weak and havent eaten for fifteen days.

  7. * Don’t judge a person’s religion, they just might not be one of the best families.

By their fruits you will know them – the “tree” of islam is rotten and blasphemous – snap for its fruits.

  8. Mike,
It is clear you are not very bright so let me point out some massive holes in your argument. Secondly, your writing style indicates that you are a muslim once again lying and pretending to be someone else.

    1) why do they have to say ‘muslim man did this’ instead of his name? but in other cases, religion does not matter.

Because islam is the driver for violent crime. NO other religion requires a violent war on other belief systems – islam relies on violence and coercion to propagate – and that is why no other religions are named as they do NOT behave in this matter.

    2) I literally cry when reading about those in guantano bay, especially Omar Khadr and some of the other young ones. Over 90% of them are innocent, but America is America after all and they seem to have a hate for certain people, who knows why. How can one even think to torture a young fifteen year old boy? put yourself in his shoes, I mean my heart aches and tears come down my face just reading about what Americans have done to him

You have NO idea of how many of the Gauntamo creeps are innocent, but if any are innocent it is a very small percent. How dare you call Americans hateful!!! America opens its borders, gives aid openly to scum like your muslim brothers. America gives more aid to muslim scum than the entire muslim ummah, and fools like you call it hateful. As a fifteen year old Omar is an adult, and he is a MURDERER. Northing bad has yet been done to this violent piece of shit called O. Khadr – but when he is released he will hurt and kill innocent people – ANY YOU WANT THIS PIECE OF SHIT RELEASED!!!!! I suggest you cry for his victims, you stupid bastard!!! At fifteen he is a violent thug who will kill and has killed – rather than place this piece of shit as a victim I suggest you get your priorities in order and feel for pain for the people that khadr has destroyed.

  9. Khadr pleaded guilty so that the sentence he would receive was 8 years. Had he not pleaded guilty, his sentence would have been 40 years.

Gitmo detainee who killed U.S. medic denied clemency

The cocky murderer and war criminal, Omar Khadr, got off with a shockingly light sentence as it was. And the denial of clemency keeps him from going back to the rest of his family of jihad sympathizers and supporters — in Toronto — any sooner. “U.S. military tribunal rebuffs Khadr’s bid for clemency,” by Steven Edwards for PostMedia News, May 26 (thanks to Ima Freeman):

NEW YORK — The U.S. military tribunal that oversaw Omar Khadr’s war crimes case has refused the Canadian’s bid for clemency with a statement Thursday that simply confirms the eight-year sentence he received in a plea deal.
The Toronto native had, through his military lawyer, sought to have the sentence reduced, arguing in part that the prosecution had been guilty of “misconduct” in its calling of a key prosecution witness.
The confirmation of the eight-year sentence — in exchange for which Khadr admitted to five war crimes, including the murder of a U.S. serviceman — was issued by retired Vice-Admiral Bruce MacDonald, who serves as the tribunal “convening authority,” or overseer.
Khadr killed a Special Forces medic with a grenade.

By not addressing the defence allegations of prosecutorial misconduct — which the prosecution had vigorously denied — MacDonald effectively ruled for neither side.
“While we are disappointed that Omar did not receive clemency, we are confident that the convening authority carefully considered all the defence submissions prior to final action,” said army Lt.-Col. Jon Jackson, Khadr’s Pentagon-appointed lawyer for the military commission at the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The plea deal called for Khadr to serve one more year in Guantanamo, then seven in a Canadian prison.
Jackson said applications had already been made before U.S. and Canadian authorities for Khadr’s transfer to Canada “on or before Nov. 1” — the date marking a year following the end of his sentencing hearing.
“Omar continues to be focused on the future, his education and repatriation to Canada,” Jackson said.
The defence had claimed prosecutors had “strong-armed” them into dropping a bid to challenge the credibility of Dr. Michael Welner, a forensic psychiatrist appearing for the government. But insiders said the convening authority would have had difficulty ruling one way or the other since the issue appeared to be very much one of “he said, he said.”
MacDonald’s confirmation of the sentence means that Khadr, 15 when captured in a 2002 firefight in Afghanistan, has met all his obligations set out in the pre-trial agreement, Jackson said.
The wording of MacDonald’s statement implicitly refers to the symbolic 40-year sentence military officers serving as the jury handed down after hearing sentencing witnesses. But MacDonald’s confirmation of the plea agreement overrules the longer sentence….

  11. You people are scum. I hope you all die of hot dog poisoning you stupid yank wankers. You people are so retarded.Stick a dollar bill up your massive overweight behinds.

From Aussie who thinks the war on terror is a joke and you people are fools. Just die you gooses.

  12. Ok first of all, Khadr was a child soldier. He was only 15 years old when he committed this “act of terrorism”. I don’t see any child soldiers in Africa getting arrested for killing and raping many civilians in villages and how about the many children who have murdered their own parents, siblings or strangers in act of retaliation right here in North America. Some and most of them are all in the ages of 15 but I do not see any of them being sent to Adult Penitentiaries. You people are all ignorant and have no form of education to at least do a background check on the stories you hear in the media before you state your hateful views on a person and a religion as a whole. Omar Khadr was WRONGFULLY detained by the Canadian Government and the CSIS handed information to the CIA UNLAWFULLY just because they did not want to upset International bonds with America. Canada is so big up on their Rights but even with the pressures from the UN they did nothing. To say the least I am sometimes ashamed to be Canadian. Finally to all the people who are saying that Khadr should go back to his country, seriously stfu! This is not YOUR original country also, unless you are Native.

  13. I truly understand the hatred americans have for terrorism, But when you look at the root of the problem…Well it is americans . The country of the United States of America has been committing acts of terrorism as long as its been a country. First a boatload of immigrants that were expelled from their original country’s decides to colonize north america, Then they decide trying to kill all the indigenous peoples in the name of god and country. When the americans thought they had the native problem under control they find a way to do even more terrorism. They steal other indigenous people from their country “Africa”. Then they enslave them beat and kill them because they can. Well Mr Lincoln sure put a stop to that…then his fellow americans killed him. Oh and in regards to your view on the Canadian military, Well as I remember history. Canada , England, France and even India entered both World War I and II long before america grew enough of a pair to send troops. I guess someone had to make sure it was safe enough for the americans to show up. So if you wanna talk terrorism , Talk america or just shut up..and everyone in america that isn’t able to prove a native birth right….well you go to you original homeland.

    1. My goodness!

That is the stuff of the Ward Churchill universities, the Cherokee (whitebread) Indian professors with high cheekbones and the ‘spread the wealth around’ elites! Have we eaten the rich yet?

The sewers of modern day hate-yourself-because-all-cultures-are-equal-except-ours-is-worse education of white guilt and rich kids shame. How will you ever learn to live with yourself and the world?
