Religion of blood & guts smokes 76 Shiites in Baghdad

Update:  Islam, a work in progress

At least 113 killed in series of Baghdad attacks

At least 17 coordinated explosions are set off in Shiite neighborhoods. Al Qaeda in Iraq is believed to be behind the violence, which appears aimed at igniting a new sectarian war.

Halal Sunni bombs  against heretic Shiites, ‘rafidite dogs’: Sunni/Shi’ite Jihad Update: “Series of rapid-fire blasts in Iraq kills 76,” by Rebecca Santana for Associated Press, November 2:

BAGHDAD – Rapid-fire bombings and mortar strikes in mostly Shiite neighborhoods of Baghdad killed 76 people and wounded nearly 200 on Tuesday, calling into question the ability of Iraqi security forces to protect the capital. The blasts — at least 13 separate attacks — came just two days after gunmen in Baghdad held a Christian congregation hostage in a siege that ended with 58 people dead. Tuesday morning, hundreds of Christians gathered at a downtown church to mourn their lost brethren.

“They murdered us today and on Sunday, they killed our brother, the Christians,” said Hussein al-Saiedi, a 26-year-old resident of the Shiite slum of Sadr City where 21 people were killed in the most deadly incident of the day. He said he was talking to friends on a busy street, when the blast occurred.

“We were just standing on the street when we heard a loud noise, and then saw smoke and pieces of cars, falling from the sky,” he said. People were fleeing the site in panic, frantically calling the names of their relatives and friends. “They (the government) say the situation is under control. Where is their control?”…

  1. Why would anti-Muslim bigots such as Sheikyermami care? High Fitzgerald, for example, takes great comfort from such atrocities.

No one was paying much attention, back in the 1960s, to the war in Yemen. I did, because for a short time, in Madrid, I shared living quarters with a most unsavory Belgian who ran guns to the “Royalists” and was as big a crook as you can imagine. But it was, from the viewpoint of Infidels, a good war. It was not as good a war as the eight-year war that took up the attention of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and of Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, and caused both sides to expend men, money, materiel for eight wonderful years. And if this new war continues, and does not exhaust itself soon, with too decisive a victory over the Houthis, no one in our world, in Dar al-Harb, should worry about this, or think things should be done to stop it. Let it go on. Let it go on, forever.

  2. Why didn’t my comment get appear?

Oh…let me guess…”The Defenders of Freedom of Speech”

  3. Here it is again.

    Hugh Fitzgerald:

The point is, Fitzgerald of Jihadwatch supports these attacks.

  4. Largely how it will end for muslims, ETA – brother against brother. Remember, allah simply uses muslims to do its wet work, and isn’t overly fussed who gets caught up in its killfest – Christians in Iraq yesterday – Shiites today – Sunnis tomorrow?

Here you go – allah using muslims for its wet work, and claiming the bragging rights:

8:17 It is not ye who slew them; it was Allah: when thou threwest (a handful of dust), it was not thy act, but Allah’s: in order that He might test the Believers by a gracious trial from Himself: for Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things).

  5. Why would you have a problem with Tabari? He believed aggresive war was sinful.

Also, it doesn’t take a genius to copy/paste one (unverified) sentence. It’s simply a tactic used by immature losers who can’t respond with any real intellegence.

    I’m waiting for a condemnation of Fitzgerald’s bigotry…

    I won’t be holding my breath….

  6. Evil Taqiyya Artist – that is all that mohammed did was wage aggressive wars. He attacked mostly unarmed caravans that had women and children, and a lotta loot, so he could steal the loot, enslave the women and children – and he would just kill the men.

One time he got upset that someone stole his camels. Camels that he stole in one of his aggressive wars/raids.

But back to Fitzgerald, I agree with Fitzgerald. While moslems DO NOTHING to change their sharia laws that are human rights disasters and the reason why they treat others so ruthlessly – maybe your own laws are the cause of not only the problem that Fitzgerald described and that still goes on to this day – as this thread shows.

You make the change and the world will take a different view of islam. You don’t do nothing but whine and complain then we just look at you as part of the problem.

  7. Last call!

    Haha. Coward.

Lamest argument ever. Obviously, Shahzad believes his failed attack was a retaliation–a defensive act rather than aggression. How does this disprove my point again?

    Andy is a joke.

Also, you do know killing civilains is prohibited in Islam?

Do no betray or misappropriate any part of the booty; do not practice treachery or mutilation. Do not kill a young child, an old man, or a woman. Do not uproot or burn palms or cut down fruitful trees. Do not slaughter a sheep or a cow or a camel, except for food. You will meet people who have set themselves apart in hermitages; leave them to accomplish the purpose for which they have done this. You will come upon people who will bring you dishes with various kinds of foods. If you partake of them, pronounce God’s name over what you eat. You will meet people who have shaved the crown of their heads, leaving a band of hair around it (monks). Go in Gods name, and may God protect you from sword and pestilence.

    It’s from Al-Tabari.

  8. Very well, taqiyya artist.

How come the Ottoman Turks didn’t get that benevolent message when they exterminated, plundered and raped 1.5 million Armenians and killed them in the most bestialic ways imaginable?

I guess these innocent Iraqi Christians also had it coming because they were Crusaders (or something?)

Death toll rises to 58 in Iraqi jihad attack on church: “The Mujahedeens raided a filthy nest of the nests of polytheism, which has been long taken by the Christians of Iraq as a headquarter for a war against the religion of Islam”
The mass-murderers say that this was a counterattack in the Church’s alleged war against Islam. Yet notice how CNN’s headline calls it an “Iraq church standoff,” giving no hint that this was a gratuitous Islamic jihad attack. “Death toll rises to 58 in Iraq church standoff,” by Mohammed Tawfeeq for CNN, November 1:

  9. * Also, you do know killing civilains is prohibited in Islam?

allah apparently hasn’t been clued in – care to give it the drum & let us know if it agrees with you & backs off?

allah seems to mandate it, unless there are some weasel words up its sleeve:

[9:29 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Apostle, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.]

    * Sounds like allah was the role model for The Sopranos to me, with its kill, convert or extract protection money racket. Still, there is always some dudded muslim trotting out stuff like “Also, you do know killing civilains is prohibited in Islam?”, while allah’s protection racket continues to kill & extort the jiz from its victims.

  10. How come the Ottoman Turks didn’t get that benevolent message when they exterminated, plundered and raped 1.5 million Armenians and killed them in the most bestialic ways imaginable?

Is that the best you can come up with? lol

Just because a Muslim does something, it doesn’t mean it’s because of his religion. I have a challenge for you–find me one mainstream scholar who says killing civilians is allowed in Islam.

Everyone from Bernard Lewis to Edward Said agrees with me.

    1. “Just because a Muslim does something, it doesn’t mean it’s because of his religion,- I have a challenge for you–find me one mainstream scholar who says killing civilians is allowed in Islam.”

LOL! I have heard these dumb, repulsive arguments too often to even bother. You know very well that Islam is what Muslims do. The only response required is internment and mass-deportations to the desert of their choice.

Edward Said, a livelong apologist and agit-prop for Islam! Don’t mention him, its an embarrassment, not an endorsement. Bernard Lewis? I’m a scholar myself, I can read, I know the texts inside out.

I don’t take “challenges” from people whose IQ is below room temperature. Why don’t you establish first what a “civilian” is in Islam?

Where are the ‘civilians’ in the Koran and hadith?
Of course, sheikh Yusuf al Qaradawi is no longer a mainstream scholar for you, when he declares that every Jew in Israel, including women & children, are “legitimate targets”.

You also conveniently ignore the declaration of your muslim brothers of yesterday that all Christians are targets because they oppose their daughters being kidnapped and forcibly converted to Islam.

When bin Laden organized the carnage of 9/11 did he care for any “innocents?” I read his justifications, and there was something about collateral damage, but no innocents.

“You are commanded to kill, even if it is repulsive for you to do so. However, it may be that that which is repulsive to you is that which is good for you, and it may be that what you like is bad for you. And Allah knows this, but you do not know it.” (Quran, Sura 2:216). Not knowing one’s past means one has to repeat it. Furthermore, those who spread the fable of Islamic-Turkish-Arab tolerance robs Muslims of their chance to overcome a religion and its past that are threatening to become a hideous present

  11. I have heard these dumb, repulsive arguments too often to even bother.

More like–“I can’t find a lame counter-argument so I’ll make dumb, repulsive comments instead”.

I’m a scholar myself, I can read, I know the texts inside out.

Really, you’re a scholar? Okay, give me a transliteration of the first Sura–over a billion people know it. It’s common knowledge amongst scholars of Islam. (Maybe the internet can help you)

Personally, I think you’re lying about being a scholar. Anyways, you’ve predictably failed my challenge.

Where are the ‘civilians’ in the Koran and hadith?

I pasted such a Hadith on this very thread–it’s from Al-Tabari.

When bin Laden organized the carnage of 9/11 did he care for any “innocents?” I read his justifications, and there was something about collateral damage, but no innocents.

He’s been highly criticized–by numerous Muslim scholars–for targeting civilians. Also, it seems you’re lying again.

Not knowing one’s past means one has to repeat it.

Indeed. Christian anti-Semitism ring a bell? Europeans once believed that the Jews were poisoning their water-supplies, and similarly, Pamela Geller now believes that Muslims are threatening America’s water-supplies. The similarities between anti-semitism and Islamophobia are many.

I suggest you try rational arguments instead of petty remarks.

    It’s just a suggestion.

  12. I don’t take “challenges” from people whose IQ is below room temperature.

    lol. Coward.

You’re a bully, and like all bullies when confronted, you run away like the coward you are.
