Norway Updates: Death Toll Rises to 80 at Youth Camp in Norway

No Jihad Angle — Or Is There?  (GoV)

Norway camp shooter identified — authorities say he was working alone and attacks were not Islamic terrorism

“Extreme Right”- just what we need:

OSLO KILLER Shot at Children As They Tried to Swim Away …Update: Killer ID’ed – Anders Behring Breivik

Anders Behring Breivik is a conservative Christian who enjoys classical music and the video game World of Warcraft.   Breivik has been named by several Norwegian media outlets as the suspected shooter at a youth camp in Oslo, where 10 people were killed Friday and he may be linked to a bombing near the prime minister’s residence that killed seven others.  (Source)

At last, some apparently definitive information. After a jihad group curiously claimed responsibility and retracted, and after some terror experts said it was a jihad attack andsome said it wasn’t, and after the media pointed to jihadists as essentially the only ones with a motive, and Islamic supremacists applauded the attack, it appears that it was not a jihad attack after all. “Norway Camp Shooting: ‘As Many As 30 Dead,'” from Sky News, July 22:

Norwegians now saying Oslo attack by “extreme right,” not jihadists

Because the shooter at the Utoya youth camp was Norwegian. No one seems to be wondering whether or not he is a convert.

“Experts point to the extreme-right,” a translation of an article from Nyheder, July 22:

Terrorists attack Oslo (Bolt)

Knut Storberget, Norway’s Minister of Justice confirms this evening the arrested shooter, who is believed to have carried several guns, is a Norwegian.

More on that shooter:

Police said the gunman, described by witnesses as tall and blond, had been arrested.

In fact:

“Explosives were found on the island,” deputy Oslo police chief Sveining Sponheim told reporters. He said a man detained by police was aged 32 and ”ethnic Norwegian.”

Even so, the history of Islamic violence in Scandinavia suggests Muslim immigration there has been a bad deal for the locals:

It was not immediately known who was behind the bombing, but Norway’s intelligence police agency (PST) said in February that Islamic extremism was a major threat to the country…

… police last year arrested three Muslim men based in Norway suspected of planning an attack using explosives in the Scandinavian country.

Norwegian prosecutors earlier this month also filed a terrorism charge against Mullah Krekar, founder of the Kurdish Islamist group Ansar al-Islam, who was accused of threatening a politician with death over his potential deportation from the country….

Neighbouring Sweden was targeted in a suicide bombing last December when Taimour Abdulwahab, a 29-year-old whose family fled from Iraq to Sweden in 1991, blew up himself and his car in a deserted side-street off of Stockholm’s busiest pedestrian thoroughfare, injuring two people.

The 32-year-old Norwegian man arrested for gunning down children on the holiday island of Utoya has been named locally as Anders Behring Breivik.

Described as 6ft tall and blond, he is reported to have arrived on the island of Utoya and opened fire after beckoning several young people over in his native Norwegian tongue.

Reports suggest he was also seen loitering around the site of the bomb blast in Oslo two hours before the island incident – and also before the capital’s explosion.

His Facebook page? He claims to be a Christian.  (But they said that about Obama also)

He seems to live with his mother.

He runs a “Geofarm”, which suggests he’d have access to chemicals and lots of fertiliser.

Islamic Internet forums cheer Norway murders

  1. Notice whenever any evil is committed anywhere, before any of the facts get in, somebody immediately rules out Islamic terrorism. And then somebody tries to attribute it to the “right wing.” Last time we had a crazy person attacking a congresswoman in the US, they tried to blame it on the Tea Party.

Speaking of evil, if you think about what just happened today, this should make your hair stand on end: LINK

You’d think somebody should be beefing up security or doing some investigating or at least SOMETHING besides hitting the snooze button.

  2. The anti semitic anti Israeli Islamophilic Norwegian Govt are so Politically Correct that they HOPE its one of their own that did it .

  3. Did you see that the despicable Charles Johnson and his little troll fiends are actually trying to do a Tuscon and blame this on Pamela Geller?
I don’t think that guy acted alone. And why do they always say nazi types are “far right” anyway, have they not heard that the nazis were National SOCIALISTS?

  4. When I first heard the news that the suspect was a native Norwegian I was hoping against hope that he was a converted to a quranimal but alas, no luck.
Now any of us who travels to America who looks, talks or smells like a Christian is going to be given the works when it comes to screening at airports. Janet Incompetano and Pervert Pistole and his merry TSA agents are really going to give Christians the full treatment.

  5. More on Breivik at

including link to preserved Facebook page, and a reference to a Norwegian site critical of immigration policy & Pamela Geller.

[Though his exact motives remain unverified at this time, it appears Breivik left a comment on “a Norwegian web site noted for criticism against the current immigration policies” recommending a post by well-known anti-Islam activist Pamela Geller.]

    1. Utoya island: summer camp for young members of the governing (Labour) party, a real moonbat el dorado.

Al Jizz is ecstatic over so much “right wing-Christian fundamentalist” terrorism.

      Watch the vid, here:

These young members of the governing party look strangely un-Norwegian…..

Ali Esbati tells Al Jazeera what he saw and experienced during shooting at camp on Utoya island.

He was “an Islamophobic internet activist” sez Ali Esbati, a ‘real’ Norwegian…

  6. A couple things do not add up so far in this attack on the island.

First, if the guy was so anti-immigrant, why didn’t he target immigrants? Certainly there must have been opportunities to mass murder as many immigrants as he did Norwegian children on this island.

And why did he pick this island? And how? And why all children? This must have taken a lot of premeditation and planning.

But I assume from the reports that the victims were all ethnic Norwegians. If there was a sizeable number of immigrant children, that might explain the target.

But even then, this was a real project. It is hard to imagine he worked alone, especially if he was also responsible for the bombing attack. If we can assume he was responsible, then it looks like he was attacking the ruling Labor Party since they were hardest hit in the bombing and it was their summer camp on the island. So again, if he was so “islamaphobic”, why target fellow Norwegians?

  7. Ali Esbati is not Norwegian – just a parasitic Al Jiz clone, and you can take his comments with a large dose of salt. However, we should first let the data be examined and processed – then we will know a little more. In any case it seems as if more that one was involved. We will see attempts by muslims to use this tragedy to their profit – any muslims who do so should be punished severely – and the Norwegan government might start with Esbati.

  8. He killed innocent white people, because if you want to get the attention of a nation, you target the people of that nation. The way that the system is set up there, it’s like free access to a pedestal and a megaphone. He did what he did, and now, he gets to do what he wanted all along… Talk. Spew out his message, and spend the rest of his days in a warm, comfy Norwegian cell. Hell, maybe write a book or two, and inspire more sick people.

  9. I t is quite clear what he wanted to do Da Feng, what is not precisely clear is why. In any case, there seem to be some very deep problems in Norwegian society – and they will have to resolve these issues. BTW – the colour of a victims skin is not relevant.

  10. I agree completely that the colour of someone’s skin doesn’t matter Kaw, I was just answering Paul’s comment as to “why didn’t he target only immigrants?” I agree that he most likely didn’t care, it was more about targeting ideals
