“FGM is not just in Africa. FGM is not just in Egypt. FGM is here.”
There are a number of different types of FGM, and the methods used and reasons for it vary from region to region. It is usually performed between the ages of five and 12 by the child’s female relatives, but sometimes takes place just before a woman marries or gives birth for the first time.
FGM is usually performed without the use of anaesthetic or hygienic surgical tools. Instruments known to be used include sharp rocks, razor blades, kitchen knives, broken glass, or even the use of the circumcisers’ teeth, according to the WHC. Â (Irish Health)
The clownish reporting twit in her bright orange outfit is beyond clueless and dances around blathering about “extremism” and “tiny minority”…. then one of the black boyz sticks a finger in her face. She asks another one ‘doesn’t Islam want you to respect the law of the land you’re living in” only to be told “No it doesn’t”, which is refreshing and truthful……
“We have even tolerated these segregated communities behaving in ways that run completely counter to our values. … I believe a genuinely liberal country… believes in certain values and actively promotes them.” — David Cameron
The British government has unveiled a new “integration strategy” designed to “champion a united British identity.”
The new policy will require immigrants seeking admission to live in the United Kingdom to learn English and adhere to “mainstream” British culture and values such as democracy and the rule of law.
Sorry folks, but the adherents of the Religion of Peaceare desperately trying to shut us down. So far our service providers were remarkably  attack-resistant and kept us safe, but this latest attempt to take the site down was massive.
We were down for 2 days, but not out. The jihad continues, and so will we.
“To let someone behave according to one set of principles or standards while demanding that you be subjected to others is to validate a claim of superiority that justifies disproportionate and unjust behavior.”
Why the hell did it take him that long to do the right thing? This ultra-liberal dhimmi is an ongoing embarrassment:
Mayor Bloomberg  (finally!) defends NYPD spying on Muslims calling it legal, appropriate and constitutional
‘We don’t target individuals based on race or religion. We follow leads’ Bloomberg said.
Mayor Bloomberg went to bat Friday for the embattled NYPD, vigorously defending the police department’s spying on Muslims in the city — and across the river in Newark — as necessary in a post 9/11 world.  —Read more:
Krispy Kreme Christie Defends the Koranimals
Gov. Chris Christie, once New Jersey’s top federal law enforcement official, called the surveillance “disturbing” and said Attorney General Jeffrey Chiesa was already looking into the reports.
Comedy Gold: Mohammedans Reading Police Reports
NYPD conducted similar operations in Suffolk and Nassau counties on suburban Long Island, according to police records. The NYPD frequently operates outside its jurisdiction without telling federal or local officials.
The report left Newark Muslims grasping for explanations as they saw pictures of their mosques and businesses in police files.
Mark Steyn, who filed this one from Down Under, says that “human rights”–the fake ones granted by increasingly statist governments–will be the death of us:
The transformation of “human rights” from restraints upon state power into a pretext for state power is nicely encapsulated in the language of Article 14 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, which states that everyone has the right “to receive free compulsory education.” Got that? You have the human right to be forced to do something by the government.
Krauthammer Embarrassed by Scale of U.S. Apology for Koran Burning, Asks When Islamic Nations Will Apologize for the Killing of ChristiansÂ
“This is a world in which nobody asked the Islamic Conference, a grouping of the 56 Islamic countries, to issue an apology when Christians are attacked and churches are burned in Egypt or in Pakistan.”–Read More »
The New York Times reports that President Obama has sent a formal letter of apology to Afghanistan’s ingrate president, Hamid Karzai, for the burning of Korans at a U.S. military base. The only upside of the apology is that it appears (based on the Times account) to be couched as coming personally from our blindly Islamophilic president —
“I wish to express my deep regret for the reported incident. . . . I extend to you and the Afghani people my sincere apologies.” It is not couched as an apology from the American people, whose frame of mind will be outrage, not contrition, as the facts become more widely known.   Why Apologize?
I was reading one posting from a Muslim guy , and IÂ was wondering what will be your expert opinion on this.
He wrote :
”Islam the primordial religion can be misunderstood easily.
This claim contradicts the Quran. The Quran says repeatedly that it is a “clear book” (5:15) “easy to understand” (44:58, 54:22, 54:32, 54:40), “explained in detail” (6:114) “conveyed clearly” (5:16,10:15) … and with “no doubt” in it (2:2).
Furthermore, why only Islam is misunderstood and other religions are not? Shouldn’t the reverse be true? Didn’t Islam come allegedly to clarify all the misunderstandings in other religions?
Islam is perfectly clear. It is its apologists that try to confuse others because they are embarrassed of the truth.
A superficial acquaintance with the religion may lead one to the view that Islam is of relatively recent origin, compared to other religions, and that it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAW as the Last Messenger of Allah to continue Allah’s mission in Tauhid since the creation of Adam. Allah has spoken again to reveal the last commandment to Prophet Muhammad since the vacuum of Divine Revelation since Prophet Jesus 600 years earlier.
