"Atomic Pakistan Will Shine on the Map of the World"

MEMRI

Somehow, one could get the impression that the tiny minority of excremists is not so tiny after all:

Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, Founder of Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba Militant Group, Pledges to Wage Jihad against the US and India and Says: “Atomic Pakistan Will Shine on the Map of the World”

Once again, the U.S. misses out on a target rich environment.

Following are excerpts from a public address delivered by Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, founder of the Pakistani militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba, addresses Lahore Rally, which was posted on the Internet on December 18, 2011:

Hafiz Muhammad Saeed: First of all, I would like to say something to the Americans. If you come as guests, we will welcome you. Our Prophet Muhammad has taught us to respect guests. If you live within your embassy, we will respect you and will respect international laws. But if your [CIA agent] Raymond Davis sheds Pakistani blood in the center of Lahore, we will no longer consider these as embassies, and if your embassies and consulates become centers of espionage, we will no longer consider these as embassies.

We know that Pakistan’s nuclear program is your real target. You continue to prepare Israel to attack our nuclear installations. India and Israel were engaged in making pacts, while today, you yourself strive to deprive Pakistan of its nuclear power. You are moving step by step towards an attack. Allah willing, we will defend Pakistan.

[…]

If the Americans come as guests, we will show them respect, but if they come to attack, we will fight, Allah willing. The Afghans have defeated them, and Allah willing, we will put the last nail in their coffin. Say: “Allah Akbar.”

Hafiz Muhammad Saeed: Brothers, it is very simple: If Shamsi Airbase could be liberated [from the Americans], we must liberate Ghazi airbase as well. We will not allow them to use roads. The seas of Pakistan are also the domain of “There is no god but Allah.” No invader has any right at them. They must not pass through Pakistani skies to attack Afghanistan or Waziristan. They must not attack any part of Pakistan either.

Listen, Afghanistan and Pakistan are twin brothers. Afghanistan and Pakistan are twin brothers. We have a relation of brotherhood with them. The invading Crusader enemies and their planes will not dare to launch an attack on Afghanistan from our airbases. Allah willing, we will not let them do so.

We are coming! [Prime Minister] Gilani Sahab, give us a date when you will get out of this war, this so-called war, this Crusader war. Give us a date when you will end all the treaties [with the US]. On the day of the first drone attack, all the treaties became null and void. These treaties were wrong, and you witnessed the horror they caused. They were the sole cause of the destruction in Pakistan.

The truth is that some people in Islamabad are conspiring to harm Kashmir and to stop its struggle for freedom. They are conspiring with India. The markets of our country have been opened to India, when the latter was granted the status of Most Favored Nation [MFN]. Listen, we will not let this [MFN] resolution pass in parliament.

Today is December 18. Oh Muslims, do you remember the date of December 16, the day Eastern Pakistan [Bangladesh] fell? Allah willing, we must take revenge. We will not declare [India] an MFN. Our revenge is due. By crossing Pakistan’s international border [into India], we take it upon ourselves to exact revenge from India.

[…]

Dear brothers, how many Muslims were martyred in Ahmadabad, Gujarat [in 2002]? Exacting revenge for the destruction of the Babri Mosque [in India, 1992] is our religious duty. It is a straightforward matter. Pakistanis were martyred on the Samjhauta Express [in 2007]. Allah willing, we will tell this to the world, and consider revenge to be our obligation. On the issue of Kashmir, we will have our say. Jihad will continue until the Indian army leaves, Allah willing. What is our path?

Crowd: Jihad, Jihad, Jihad.

Demonstrator: What is our path?

Crowd: Jihad, Jihad, Jihad.

Demonstrator: Only one cure for America…

Crowd: Jihad, Jihad.

Demonstrator: Only one cure for America…

Crowd: Jihad, Jihad.

Demonstrator: Hafiz Saeed, we are behind you.

Hafiz Muhammad Saeed: Allah willing, we will defend Pakistan. Pakistan is the land of “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger.” Atomic Pakistan will shine on the map of the world, Allah willing, and those who try to wipe Pakistan out will be wiped out themselves.

  1. peaceful religion??!!! I think not.

Folks, this is the face of the enemy. Stupid and violent thugs like hafiz (note that it is a paki but uses an arabic name). You have also met them here through creeps like sadeem and a myriad of apologists for a violent and all-controlling philosophy called pislam. Be under no doubt that pislam is, first and foremost, a weapon of political conquest.

    How should we respond.
    1. Remove all islamists from positions of political influence at all levels of government.
    2. Remove all financial support for muslim business .
    3. Remove all financial support for muslim families with more than the median number of children for the region within which they are located.
    4. Institute full monitoring of mosques and all religious meeting places for muslims.
    5. Immediate deportation for any islamist/muslim who is convicted of planning or participating in violence.
    6. Remove all trade ties with muslim countries. We do not need them.

  2. Open your minds to all you brainwashed BBC/CNN worshipers. Do you think if you constantly bomb a country without reason they will just sit there and accept it? No way.

  3. Free Thinker,
Why dont you start to think before writing. It is clear that you understand little, even from the definitions you use. Please tell which country is being constantly bombed without reason!! This is just so we have a good starting place from where your argument can be ripped apart. BTW BBC and CNN are not pro-engagement in Afghanistan, so why did you quote these sources as been aligned against what seems to be your argument.
