Sexual Harassment in the (Arab) Workplace

Funny how this keeps happening:

Israeli and American Leftists Face Sexual Harassment, Assault by Palestinians They Aim to Defend

Female Israeli pro-Palli Arab activists complain they are being sexually harassed by PalArabs and fellow enlightened leftists.”There was some ‘accidental’ touching, and some incidents in which people called me a ‘slut.'”–Read More »

OMG! Lets get the UN to sort that out, shall we?

But wait: the UN yuman rites council works for Hamas:

UN Human Rights Council invites Hamas official to speak

Ismail al-Ashqar is perhaps Hamas’ foremost expert on human rights. He has publicly called for Hamas to kidnap lots of Israeli soldiers.

Really, Ashqar is all about human rights. The UNHRC should be honored to add him, and Hamas, to their roster of distinguished supporters and members.

In other news:

Several Pali Arabs killed by a massive bomb, but it no one cares because they weren’t killed by Israel.

Islamic Jihad explains why is it called Islamic jihad and why its got nothing to do with Islamic terrorism:

Just like they do in the Occupy movement.

Coming from a post-Zionist left-wing rag, this has got to be particularly galling and devastating to them. Dhimmi Leftists who think that they’re on equal terms with the Arabs, and really appreciated, can suddenly find out that non-Muslim women are not so equal and a target for the Muslim libido, especially those who fail to comply with sharia dictates. Remember, it’s all about the enforcement of sharia, on Muslims and non-Muslims alike, their conflict with Israel comes in a distant second.

NOTE: Being the leftists that they are, they’ll find a way to blame the Israelis for the Arab men raping them.

Beit Halachmi, 50-years-old and a mother of two, claims that leftist organizations suffer from chauvinism and “need women in order to create an appearance of liberality. Once there is a preference for human rights, your legitimacy is finished. Women cannot be in second place. Women have become a tool for war, weapons, and sacrifice. This is a war of men against men, having nothing to do with the occupation.”

Israeli leftist activists: We are being sexually harassed in the West Bank

Female activists accuse leftist organizations of belittling cases of harassment by Palestinians for the sake of the struggle against the occupation; Palestinian activist: It is unacceptable that Israeli or foreign women that come to protest in solidarity with us be harassed.

“Hi everyone, I’m writing this here because I’m not really sure when the next meeting will be. At the demonstration today (February 10, 2012) in Kfar a-Dik, I noticed looks and finger pointing from the shabab (nickname for young Palestinians) that made me feel some discomfort. They talked amongst themselves, and not with me, but the word that came up quite a lot was ‘slut,’ with glances directed toward me. When I met A. and H. (two men), I told them about this, and H. stayed by my side. Despite this, there was some ‘accidental’ touching, and some incidents in which people called me a ‘slut.’ In the end of the day, it was a very unpleasant experience.”

This letter, written by an Israeli leftist activist, is only one of the causes for the stormy debate that has been taking place online among leftist and human rights activists in Israel.

Islamic misogyny is well documented and historic. Don’t let yourself get lulled by modern dress, mobiles and a perceived shared cause, Avi.
