AP calls the soldiers of allah “rebels”

BAMAKO, Mali (AP) — Residents said on Monday that the ominous black flag of an Islamist rebel faction is now flying over Mali’s fabled city of Timbuktu, which over the weekend became the last major government stronghold in the country’s north to fall to the rebel advance.

Tunisia: Salafists Attack

Tunisia’s Salafists attack artists and smash instruments on World Theatre Day; violence reminds many of previous attacks on women and tourists after Ben Ali’s fall in 2011

Tunisia continues to slide toward Sharia. These people were attacked on Islamic grounds. Islam forbids music, although this law is often ignored, and doesn’t think much of stage acting, either. “Salafists attack Tunisia’s stage actors,” by Yasser Seddiq for Ahram Online, March 31 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

“Take No Prisoners!”

Islamic (North) Sudan Governor to Muslim Soldiers: ‘Take no prisoners’ ‘Don’t bring them back alive. Beat them raw’

The Muselmanic North  continues to wage war against the South. You knew when the Christian South Sudan voted for freedom (secession) from the Islamic North Sudan that the Muslims would wage war against the Christians and non-Muslims in the South. As they must.  That’s Islam….  (Atlas Shrugs)

Too small? Click here This is a satirical website. None of what you read here has anything to do with Islam, because Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everybody knows that good Muslims never do the things they do, (because Allah does it for them, Quran 8:12) and we know that only our misperceptions, ignorance and stereotyping of Islam makes Muslims chop off heads, kill and rape women and children, bomb subways, buses, nightclubs and fly jets into buildings. If it wasn't for the media and da Jooozzz, we wouldn't even know its happening. We welcome open, honest, thoughtful, and vigorous discussion in the comments threads, so do yourself a favour and don't accuse us of being 'haters' because we are loving, tolerant people. Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but  you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way... But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it.  If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

Its all about symbols:

Mali Islamists attack UNESCO holy site in Timbuktu

Sat May 5, 2012 By Tiemoko Diallo and Adama Diarra

BAMAKO May 5 (Reuters) – Malian fighters from the Ansar Dine Islamist group attacked and burned the tomb of one of the town’s saints, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, residents and a regional official said on Saturday.

The militants broke off doors, windows and wooden gates from the grave and burned them, they said, in the first reported attack on a shrine in Mali.

El Hadj Baba Haidara, an elected member of parliament from Timbuktu told Reuters some young people were discussing how to react despite being unarmed.

“There is a risk the people may revolt because this is something that affects their dignity. This tomb is sacred, it is too difficult to bear,” Haidara said.

Ansar Dine, along with Tuareg rebels and other armed groups, swept through northern Mali in March and April, seizing the northern half of the country and its ancient towns of Timbuktu, Gao and Kidal after the government collapsed in a March 22 coup.

While the rebel MNLA has declared an independent state in the north, al Qaeda-linked Ansar Dine – led by veteran Tuareg leader Iyad Ag Ghaly – has rejected that idea and said the group’s objective was to impose Islamic law in Mali.

All they ever do is create destruction and destroy everything outside their own peasant culture.

They are cultural destroyers, Especially heritage of a non-Islamic past; Buddhas in Afghanistan, Museums Chechnya, Heritage sites in Timbuktu, Krak des Chevaliers, Syria, The Maya Tomb, in Egypt, The Acropolis in Greece, churches in France and Italy, etc., etc.

Nothing they do is ever good, nor does it improve the world, for betterment in anyway.
