Justice Department ignores black-on-white crime

The Obama DOJ shysters actually had the nerve to issue this press release with a straight face. This statement is the real kicker:

“Both protecting the right to vote and combating voter fraud are essential to maintaining the confidence of all Americans in our system of government.”

What is it about the Justice Department and the Black Panthers? On March 24, Mikhail Muhammad, leader of the New Black Panther Party, offered a $10,000 bounty for the “capture” of George Zimmerman, who shot and killed Trayvon Martin. The Panthers distributed wanted posters, calling him a “child killer” and offering the bounty “dead or alive.” Muhammad warned thatMr. Zimmerman “should be fearful for his life.”

These acts ~~were almost certainly~~ are criminal. Florida Code 787.01 makes it a felony to threaten someone or abduct them with the intent to terrorize. Florida Code 777.04 further criminalizes solicitation which “commands, encourages, hires or requests another person” to engage in criminal activity such as kidnapping. Solicitation to kidnap is also a federal crime, and the fact that this was unambiguously racially-based brings it within the purview of federal hate-crime laws. WaPo has more>>

National Review Purge Continues (Moonbattery)

Rich Lowry earned the contempt of anyone who believes in the free exchange of ideas by firing John Derbyshire for making politically incorrect observations that no one even attempted to dispute. Here’s his follow-up:

Robert Weissberg (whose book was published a few years ago by Transaction) participated in an American Renaissance conference where he delivered a noxious talk about the future of white nationalism. He will no longer be posting here.

“Noxious” coming from Rich Lowry means “un-PC.”

Maybe Weissberg said something outrageous at this conference, but as the Derbyshire case indicates, maybe he didn’t. In any case, he was on his own time.

You have to wonder how Mark Steyn feels about writing for this increasingly vapid publication, considering all the trouble thought cops like Lowry put him through in Canada. His days are probably numbered there anyway, since he isn’t known for toeing lines.

In fairness, purges can be fun. Purging National Review Online from the Sites of Interest list made me feel great.

Vicious Black Motorcycle Gang Deemed Above the Law

It isn’t only the national media that refuses to acknowledge the epidemic of black on white crime. So do some police. Republished from the print-only weekly Macon Beacon at PJ Media via Moonbattery:

Nick Stokes says the knife that was used to stab him was a big one. “I got a good look at it,” he said. “It was a black dagger-type knife, with a blade about six inches long.”

Stokes, a Brooksville-based truck driver, is telling about his recent harrowing road-rage experience with an Alabama motorcycle gang.

Stokes was stabbed twice with the knife because his trailer tires kicked up some gravel that annoyed members of the Outcasts of Alabama, a black motorcycle gang.

“After I saw the knife and then felt the stabbings I fell to the ground and played dead — I think that may have saved my life,” he said.

Within seconds of falling to the ground he heard the approaching sirens. Cooper had been on the cell phone with a 911 operator. The bikers calmly mounted their rides and left the scene. Not a single biker was stopped and detained, or even questioned. …

“The police told me there was really nothing they could do, that it would be almost impossible to identify the knife-wielding suspect. “They indicated to me that they don’t mess with the Outcast gang and their members,” he said.

Neither does the “mainstream” media — unless forced to by bloggers. Imagine the media firestorm if the racial roles were reversed.

Meanwhile, Eric “Stick It to Whitey” Holder’s Injustice Department is investigating George Zimmerman for vague “civil rights” violations, even as it refuses to lift a finger regarding the New Black Panthers placing a bounty on his head.

The rule of law is breaking down.

That was before we found out that George Zimmerman had not deluged the local police with 46 paranoid 911 calls in one year, but 46 calls over a period ofeight years, which isn’t unreasonable for a community watch volunteer. Calls for violence or just angry words?

The journo almost melts in her presence and gushes with sympathy:

All we need is more kumbaya and understanding, you see. She can’t possibly mean what she said, right? (Isn’t that condescending, making excuses saying blacks are inferior because they’re not in control of their faculties?)

“Let me tell you something, the things that is about to happen to these honkeys, these crackers, these pigs, these pink people, these (beep) people, it has been long over due.”

Michelle Williams is the Chief of Staff with the local chapter of the New Black Panther Party. As a community activist, she has also worked very closely with both the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as well as the Tampa Police Department.

We need new laws for blacks:

She explained further, with tears in her eyes. “I’m angry right now. I’m angry that we don’t have a Justice Department that says ‘we need to change laws.’
