The Obligation to Kill "Allah's Enemies"

The proof of the necessity of killing anyone who
curses the Prophet or finds fault with him

The Qur’an says that Allah curses the one who harms the Prophet in this world and He connected harm of Himself to harm of the Prophet. There is no dispute that anyone who curses Allah is killed and that his curse demands that he be categorised as an unbeliever. The judgement of the unbeliever is that he is killed.
Allah says, “Those who harm Allah and His Messenger, Allah has cursed them in this world and in the Next, and has prepared for them a humiliating punishment.” (33:57). He said something similar about those who kill the believers. Part of the curse on them in this world is that they are killed. Allah says, “Cursed they will be. Wherever they are found, they are seized and all slain.” (33: 61) He mentions the punishment of those who fight, “That is humiliation in this world for them.” (5:45) “Killing“ (qatl) can have the meaning of “curse”.[6] Allah says, “May the conjecturers be killed!” (51:11) and “May Allah fight them! How they are perverted!” (9:30) i.e. may Allah curse them.  (source)

“You are Allah’s enemy!”

Muslim stabs Russian radio host for criticizing Muhammad

This article contains this appalling statement: “Such statements could not but stir the Muslim community.” The West is completely losing the idea that one’s reactions are one’s own responsibility, and that the only people to blame for violent thuggery are the thugs themselves. This is a massive capitulation to violent Islamic intimidation and a retreat from the principle of freedom of speech, which involves the societal agreement that one will not respond to being offended with violence or attempts to shut the offender down. Freedom of speech is our foremost bulwark against tyranny, and tyranny is coming.

“‘Allah’s enemy!’ Radio host slash-attacked for anti-Islam rant on air,” from Russia Today, May 29 (thanks to Pamela Geller):

A radio host has been hospitalized after being cut 15 times by an unidentified criminal. Two weeks ago the journalist ventured to criticize the founder of Islam, the Prophet Mohammed, on air.

RT, like the rest of the mainstream media, assumes that we are all Muslims now and all acknowledge Muhammad as a prophet. (Read it all)

  1. Doing a little unofficial research:
    a) someone (P) says something a muslim, somewhere, doesn’t like hearing.
    b) muslim (M) demands apology
scenario 1: Apology is made by P to M and P is then attacked
scenario 2: P tells M to walk north until his hat floats, M threatens legislation.
According to the country, either the legislation then does Ms work for him, by arresting P (Vienna), or everybody blogs but nobody does anything (USA).

I would be interested in how often telling the Ms to shut up actually makes violence less likely.
