What if there were a genocide and the Obama administration lied about it?

That’s exactly the situation in Nigeria today where Christians are being exterminated by Muslim terrorists while the Obama Administration refuses to acknowledge either the terrorism or the genocide. And even pressures the Nigerian government to stop resisting the Islamic genocide.
Had a non-Muslim group carried out numerous attacks on mosques and Muslim worshipers, and then ordered Muslims to leave an area, it is absolutely inconceivable that the Obama Administration and its media allies would deny that these were religiously motivated attacks. It is even more inconceivable that its preferred solution would be to tell the government to stop fighting terrorism. But what is inconceivable when it comes to Muslims is Obama Administration policy for Christians.

At the end of April, Daniel Benjamin, from the State Department’s Office of the Coordinator for Counterterrorism, testifying at the House Foreign Affairs Committee, stated that the State Department’s response to the Islamic genocide of Christians by Jihadists in the Muslim north was “to press for a change to its (Nigeria’s) heavy-handed approach to the security threats in the north”.

Johnnie Carson, the Assistant Secretary at the Bureau of African Affairs, in his remarks on Nigeria, claimed bizarrely, that despite a campaign of violence focused heavily around attacks on churches, “Religion is not driving extremist violence in either Jos or Northern Nigeria” and warned the Nigerian government to “avoid excessive violence”.

That same month, Don Yamamoto, the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of African Affairs, testifying at the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and reading from the same script, said that, “Religion is not the primary driver of extremist violence in Nigeria”, like Carson, claimed that Nigeria’s “religious and ethnic diversity is one of its greatest strengths” and demanded that the Nigerian government spend more time teaching its security forces to respect Muslim human rights.

There’s a good deal more there and it’s very ugly. Anyone who thinks that the Obama Administration would not actively ignore an Iranian attack on Israel while crippling its ability to resist, should read this article.

Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way... But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it. If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

Walter Sieruk June 16, 2012 at 2:19 pm: One of thr reasons that those Muslims in the above article hated these Christian so much that they kill them is answered in the Bible. Which reads “Bloodthirsty men hate a man of integrity and seek to kill the upright.” Proverbs 29:10. [NIV]
Walter Sieruk June 16, 2012 at 2:30 pm: One of the answers, in part, of why those Muslims did these murderous actions towards these Christians is because the imams keep getting the people in the mosques all worked up againat Christians and Christianity by telling them untrue and unfounded terrible things about Christians and Christian doctrines. The imams don’t really care if the thing they say are valid or not just as long asthey keep speaking evil things to their people about Christians and their teachings. This is explained about such men as these imams in the Bible. For in Second Peter 2:12 it reads “They speak evil of things they do not understand and will utterly perish in their curruption.” [NKJV]

It should also be noted that in this Bible context the word “perish” does mean loss of being, but loss of well being. As in going to ruin by ending suffering forever in the fires of hell.
