Obama lickspittle busted on plagiarism
If schadenfreude — enjoying the distress of others — is a sin, then I am a sinner. I confess that Fareed Zakaria has always annoyed me with his sanctimony and thin veneer of intellectualism. Having spent the first two decades of my professional life among academic elitists, I like to think that I can spot a phony, and Zakaria checks all the boxes I have come to see as indicative of a man creating the illusion of intellectual substance.
- Zakaria’s speaking fee is $75,000–Â Zakaria knows the way the world works, and he milks it all he can.
There is strong and open evidence of the Obama administration collaborating with Islamist activists to ensure the path toward sharia law is accelerated. In October 2011, at George Washington University, there was a meeting between DOJ officials and Islamist advocates against free speech who lobbied for: Cutbacks in U.S. anti-terror training; Limits on the power of terrorism investigators; Changes in agent training manuals; and a legal declaration that criticism of Islam in the United States should be considered racial discrimination.
On Friday, we brought you a very curious clip from CNN host Fareed Zakaria, in which he discusses how the president calls him for “wisdom and advice.” At the time, it seemed pretty clear and damning. Glenn Beck took significant time lambasting both CNN and Zakaria for having someone that says he’s a journalist actually advising the president. It seems the message got back to Zakaria, becuase now he’s denying that characterization.
