Hamas Leader Mashaal: We Accept Palestinian State on ’67 Border With Right to Return

“The right to return” is as dead as the “two state solution”. The ’67 borders would render the Jewish state defenceless; its out of the question. This overrated journaillie is just parroting Obama’s lines.

Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal sat down for an interview with Christine Amanpour in Cairo.

After several lies about not targeting innocent civilians, Mashaal told Amanpour that Hamas would accept peace of Israel gave up more land and if Israel allowed all Palestinians to return to Israel. CNN reported/Thanks to GWP

Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal declared a position on Palestinian statehood that is nearly identical to that of his Fatah rival, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, in an interview with CNN aired Wednesday.

“I accept a Palestinian state according [to] the 1967 borders, with Jerusalem as the capital, with the right to return,” the Hamas leader told Christine Amanpour in Cairo.

Pushed about his party’s refusal to recognize Israel, Mashaal said such a declaration could only be made once a Palestinian state has been created.

“After this state is established, it decides its standing toward Israel,” the Hamas leader said.

Sure. One replaces the other. Done!

But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it. If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

Arild Ejsing November 23, 2012 at 9:55 pm: At a certain point Meshaal says something like “Let us start from the beginning”, which proved for him to be the founding of the state of Israel. Here Amanpour, who normally knows what is going on, should have accepted but insisted that it should be the real historic beginning, which is somewhere around 40 years after the first rush of polish-russian jewish refugees arrived about 1880, when they had had the time to establish themselves as so successful immigrants, that the islamic clergy became alarmed over their growing influence. Grown up believing i the islamic version of a jew, they believed, that those cowardly bastards of pigs and apes would flee if submitted to some violence as they already had fled violence where they came from, and a religious problem vould be solved, so they arranged for a few massacres on defenceless farmerfamilies.
Instead the jews armed themselves and fortifyed ther settlements , and from here on hostility have just gradually expanded to where it is today due solely to a religion, that do not allow non-muslims equal rights in an islamisk state and even less that when it comes to jews. It is of same reason that muslims as immigrants in western countries have so many demandsa.
