India: Contract Marriages With Rich Arabs a Real Moneymaker For Qazi’s

A  Qazi, (or Kadi)  is a  judge in an Islamic Sharia court. Nikāḥ al-Mutʿah (Arabic: نكاح المتعة‎ “short-term” or pleasure marriage) is a fixed -term or short-term contractual marriage in Shia Islam.

Any imam, mullah or mufti can  become a match maker pimp and absolve a pious muslim of his obligation to his (temporary)  wife.

In India, Qazi’s arrange contract marriage deals between impoverished Muslim girls and wealthy Arabs seeking temporary amusement.

Dozens of tottering Arabs, who fly in from Dubai and Sharjah for some business work in Hyderabad, also go in search of brides for a week of pleasure or so and then leave the city.

Greedy touts wait outside the airport for the oil-rich Arabs looking for prospective brides and whisk them to the labyrinthine bylanes of the Old City. Here marriages are solemnised clandestinely and then dissolved in no time.
As you can see here, this has been going on for a long time:

The contract marriage is performed for a specified period of time, though it is impermissible in Islam.  (That is false. It was always ‘halal’ for shiite muslims, but that doesn’t prevent good sunni muslims to take advantage of it.)  The Qazi and the brokers make the girl and her parents sign nikah and divorce documents before the wedding takes place after mutually agreeing on fixed amount.

Based on that document the foreign national, usually an Arab, could terminate his marriage at will, leave the girl and fly away. “These kinds of marriages have become too frequent these days. They need to be stopped as they are unlawful,” Abdullah said.

But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it.  If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted. Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth, (we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it! One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display. But you won't be back, trust me on that. Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?
