Imran Firasat is a Pakistani ex-Muslim and proprietor of www.mundosinislam.com who now lives in Spain. He collaborated with pastor Terry Jones on the movie The Innocent Prophet, which was released this morning.

After being pressured by the Spanish government and threatened with deportation to Pakistan, Mr. Firasat disassociated himself from the release of the movie. Below is an interview with him that was shown on Thursday on Spanish television.

Isn’t it strange that the interviewer assumes that criticizing Islam is an offense to great that the US would seek extradition for it? Despite their first amendment?

One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. We can only hope that Muslims raise their usual teenie-weenie angst and blood lust insanity to a massive fever pitch over this little film. I’m hoping that there’s a critical mass and that all Muslims someday will exterminate themselves from the planet, say, in one afternoon.

Strange, isn’t it, that there are hundreds or thousands of anti-Islamic videos on youtube and liveleak, but they only riot and slaughter over certain ones. I mean, why haven’t they rioted and slaughtered over Ozombie, the zombie movie about Osama bin Laden? It insults their little shot-in-the-face, dead hero, OBL, after all. And, you know, it’s not a half bad zombie movie.

Sophia is a holy pilgrimage site for the Orthodox Christians. Can’t see it ending well in Bulgaria.
