Will Human Rights Watch and Amnesty defend Geller’s and Spencer’s right to enter Great Britain and to speak there?

The Home Secretary Theresa May has told Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer, both of the anti-Islamic group Stop Islamization of America, that their presence in the UK would “not be conducive to the public good”. The decision, which they cannot appeal, will stand for between three and five years.

Anti-Jihad Campaigners  Spencer & Geller banned from entering UK

Whether or not you agree with Geller’s and Spencer’s statements on Islam, there is no way that these writings reach the defined  level of “unacceptable behaviours” listed in the beginning of the letter.  To say that these opinions can incite people to terror acts is simply not defensible. To compare their statements with the hate speech and clear incitement that radical Islamic clerics spout in the UK against Jews, infidels and gays is a perversion.

Will Human Rights Watch and Amnesty defend Geller’s and Spencer’s right to enter Great Britain and to speak there?

Moreover, will the people who complain when Israel bans people from entering (on “flytillas”) for the express purpose of combating Israel’s existence and causing disturbances act equally outraged that England has a much looser standard for banning anyone who might act in a way that “is not conducive to the public good”?

After this disgraceful decision on the part of the UK we can expect a wave of hypocrisy from all the “liberals” who pretend that Israel is far worse.

This decision proves that a powerful nation, not under any direct threat from anyone,  is far more restrictive of basic freedom of expression than Israel is. Not that anyone from the Left would ever, ever admit it.

More on the Jewish Board of Deputies disgraceful kowtowing to Islamists radical headbangers

Following on from the story about the Board of Deputies lobbying the Government to ban Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller from the UK (on the basis that telling the truth about specific Islamic threats – which Spencer and Geller do – is the new ‘hate speech’)  I posted a message to the Board of Deputies via their website. In doing so, I noticed this article  praising, of all people Baroness Warsi who had been invited to a Board of Deputies exhibition. For the truth about Baroness Warsi – and her continual support for Islamic extremists – see my report here. Given her powerful role in Cabinet as Minister for “Faith and Communities” it is likely that Warsi played a prominent role in advising the Home Office to ban Spencer and Geller. What makes the Board of Deputies story even more shameful is that the other person it praises is none other than Fiyaz Mughal who has been exposed by the Daily Telegraph as using Government funding (via his ‘Tell Mama’ website) to massively exaggerate the scale of ‘Islamaphobic attacks’. Moreover, reports have also claimed that he used the same Government funding to sue a pro-Israel lady (Ambrosine Chetrit) simply for criticising the Tell Mama organisation in a twitter message. His lawyer Farooq Bajwa, who previously represented the Palestinian blood libel cleric Sheikh Raed Sala, sent a letter to Mrs Chetrit’s home address, which she had not made public, demanding an apology and damages. Mrs Cherit said: “It is very worrying and scary. All the people who have been threatened by Tell Mama are pro-Israeli.”While even the spineless Cameron Government appears to have lost patience with the loathsome Fiyaz Mughal, the Board of Deputies continues to positively slobber over him. Indeed the Board of Deputies report of their recent meeting concludes with the following heartwarming tale:

Rabbi Natan Levy, the Board’s Interfaith consultant, and exhibition co-ordinator, said it provides a “unique bridge between the two communities, so that they can celebrate together, remember together, and not be driven further apart.” He added: “There was a lovely moment when Fiyaz Mughal ( Director of Faith Matters) and I came together and quoted the same line from our respective scriptures: ‘whosoever saves a single life saves the entire universe’.”

I have a simple recommendation for all Synagogue-attending Jews in the UK who do not agree that the Board of Deputies’ mandate should include promoting Islamic supramacists and silencing those who speak out about real threats to Jews from Islamists: when you next receive a bill for your Synagogue fees you will notice it contains an itemized ‘Board of Deputies levy’. Do not pay it. It is entirely voluntary.

  1. The dhimmi 9:29 “in submission to Allah” Home Secretary & coward dictator Theresa May has told Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer … that their presence in the UK would “NOT BE CONDUCIVE TO THE PUBLIC GOOD”.

  2. Anyone want to continue the fantasy that Camoron’s government is in any way “conservative!”?

Real conservatives are all about maintaining the real individual human rights of real live individual human citizens. Liberals and all other idolatrous fascist criminal gangsters are all about diffusing all self-reliant personal responsibility by advocating for false group might made rights; they are extortionists.

Group rights only mean: “Because someone sort of like you may have (or not) once discriminated against someone sort of like the, somewhere, we’re going to punish you by taking from you and giving to them.” Since all such ‘group rights’ slanderously reverse the onus of proof to guilty until never proven innocent, and automatically force those not in the protedted elite group to have LESS rights, they are by definito illegal, yet selling such crime and victimology is always what liberalism is all about!

Spencer and Geller aren’t a ‘group,’ so NO, they won’t be “protected!”
