Oxfam's Dr Helen Szoke wants to expropriate the mining companies, eliminate tax havens, redistribute other peoples money…

All your tax havens $$$  are belong to us!

Yet another entitlement whore feels that wealth creators should be punished.

How many more of these professional parasites must we suffer?

Do you have a need to be lectured by maggots who cannot see anything but other peoples money? Is the only problem in the world the wealth creators or moochers  like Dr Helen Szoke who’d go to any length to  milk them?

Oxfam report says 1pc of world owns 50pc of wealth

ABC

  1. Oh, so that’s where she is working now? Wasn’t she the one who was in charge of the Human Rights Commision which persecuted the two Dannies? Is this what’s called a “career trajectory”?

  2. “whilst this inequality grows, we aren’t going to be able to tackle [extreme poverty] and to help lift people out of poverty”

Utter rubbish. It’s not a zero sum game.

Bill Gate’s wealth isn’t made on the back of Abdul the inbred goat herder and his 45 garbage-picking children. Even if Bill Gates makes 1 trillion dollars this year, the goats don’t care and the garbage heap doesn’t get smaller.

ie capitalists don’t get rich by stealing poor people’s slice of pie, as Szoke implies, they get rich by making the pie bigger.

A good example of this is Saudi Arabia: the royal family didn’t get rich by stealing all the camels and sand from everyone. They made the pie bigger by letting the west dig up oil, and pocketed the extra pie for themselves. Maybe that’s not fair, but the point is it didn’t make the poor people poorer. And it’s not preventing the poor people from helping themselves now.
