Of course he refuses. What’s the world coming to?
It is only the Christian Serbs that are dragged in front of a leftarded Kangaroo court in the Hague. Kafir infidel laws don’t apply to the soldiers of allah.
Serbia has no legal basis to seek the extradition of Bosnian citizens, Bosniak Presidency member Bakir Izetbegovic said.
“Bosnia will not extradite its citizens. The cooperation agreement is very clear on this.”
Foreign Affairs Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija said that he will inform his Serbian colleagues about the protocol breach.
“No one has the right to prosecute Bosnian nationals by bypassing international law,” Lagumdzija said.
In 2013, the prosecutor’s offices of Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia signed a protocol on cooperation that will allow for a streamlined method for prosecuting suspected war criminals.
Lagumdzija called on his counterparts in Serbia to seek justice rather than trying to equate the crime and the victim.
“More than 20,000 Bosniaks were killed in Podrinje (eastern Bosnia). Almost no one was brought to justice for crimes committed against those people,” Izetbegovic added.
Security Minister Fahrudin Radoncic stressed that the authorities will not react to INTERPOL warrants that have no legal validity.
“Our Ministry of Justice would have to validate it, which we will never do,” Radoncic said while adding that Bosnians cannot be threatened with extradition.
