“It is necessary for all of us to support Palestinians and to protect this cultural heritage. No one can act to destroy Jerusalem’s Islamic identity,” DavutoÄŸlu said…
“Jerusalem is an issue for all of humanity, all Muslims and Christians. No one can take unilateral decisions and implement them there. Taking unilateral decisions means putting dynamite in peace in the Middle East. Jerusalem is our qibla [direction faced by Muslims during prayer]. Without taking care of the Jerusalem issue, there will be no peace in the Middle East,” DavutoÄŸlu repeated.
As Robert Spencer points out, Jerusalem does not have any “Islamic identity” because there is no historical evidence that Muhammad was ever actually in Jerusalem and the al-Aqsa mosque Muslims say the Qur’an refers to wasn’t even built at the time the Qur’an was written.

All of this again brings back a recurring inconsistency with Islam. In Muslim countries, there is no desire to protect the ‘cultural heritage’ of non-Muslims, particularly in places like Saudi Arabia, where Madani is from. On the contrary, Muslim controlled countries seek to subjugate, murder, and eradicate all non-Muslims.
The most recent example making the news is in Nigeria. Muslim terrorists in the northern part of that country continue to destroy churches and terrorize Christians.

And for another view of works and days of the Rabbi of the Hampton Synagogue, one that Marc Schneier himself must have supplied , and no doubt hopes you will read, and then be so impressed by, that you will not feel the need to read about him, or his five wives (seriatim, please note), or anything else about him outside the confines of that site’s puffer-fishery, or fishy puffery, go here. Just to compare. Just to contrast.,
