“The accuser and moral judge is the secular (white) westerner and the accused is the oriental other; the powerful condemn the powerless.”

Uthman Badar, spokesturd for Hizb-ut Tahrir in Australia, whines that Muslims are powerless to stone women downunder. We are  now being lectured on freedom of expression by a Hizb ut-Tahrir propagandist. UNDER THE BADAR by Tim Blair

Murdering women is not a dangerous idea — it’s a crime

The gang rape of a 16-year-old girl in a Western Sydney car park stairwell has disgusted police. The men are described as African in appearance and aged in their 20s…

Mariam Yahya Ibrahim detained again

Meriam Ibrahim released

But to worry about Islam is to be a bigot:

Mariam Yahya Ibrahim, the Christian woman sentenced to death and later freed after an international outcry, was briefly re-arrested while trying to leave the country for the US before being released again.

Honor killings are morally justified

Yes, we’re being lectured on freedom of expression by a Hizb ut-Tahrir propagandist:

Honor killing speech cancelled. Critics blamed

More oppression of poor Muslims:

The Opera House on Tuesday canned a lecture entitled ‘Honour killings are morally justified’, which was to have been given by writer Uthman Badar [of Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir], only hours after it was announced.

The talk was planned as part of the annual Festival of Dangerous Ideas, which takes place in August….

The Daily Telegraph puts it well:

The organisers of this utter disgrace may congratulate themselves on winning media attention. Perhaps that was the aim all along. But media attention will eventually fade, and those organisers will have to live with the fact that they intended to elevate the slaughter of women and girls to the very centre of Sydney’s cultural life.

Greste betrayed by al Jazeera’s extremists MuBro’s

Qatar’s Emir Shaikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani said he has a “duty” to support the Muslim Brotherhood …

I said yesterday Peter Greste was the innocent victim – collateral damage – of a battle between Egypt’s new regime and Qatar, which support’s the regime’s Muslim Brotherhood enemy.

Peter Greste is now a hostage in Egypt’s battle with the Qatar regime which employs him. Australia’s pleadings are of small account in this wider struggle.

  1. That old racist slander of Ed Said’s, aka the “Orientalism” trope again?!

Here’s the REAL difference between the Orient and the West: When we in the West encounter a problem we’re expected to solve, but which is not directly our fault, if we fail to solve it, nobody blames us; contrast that with the Orient, where the person who fails to solve a problem which was given to them, but which wasn’t their fault, is expected to fall on their sword for their “immoral failure!” The Orient didn’t learn from it’s own mistakes and imposed absolutist predterministic draconian measures on everyone. Edward Said was simply a slanderous racist.

To sane people, it’s a simple case of:
“NOT your problem, nor your fault!”

    😉

This sort of absolutist ‘draconian’ nonsense is the difference between the basic cultures of the East and West:

In the West, or ‘occident,’ if something is not your fault, but becomes your problem, and you fail to solve it, no body wouuld blame you for failing.

In the East or ‘orient,’ if something is not your fault, but becomes your problem, then if you fail to solve it, you are found guilty of having ’caused’ it, too!

i.e: An assassin attacks the Emperor, and even if he fails to kill him, it’s the Emperor’s chief bodyguard who takes the blame and has to commit suicide.

In the West, we might get mad at the chief bodyguard, while still acknowledging that the criminal assassin is still really by far mostly to blame for his crimes.

In other words, the East has a history of OFFICIAL, “legal” victim-blaming fraudulent slander.

    ;-(

But the culture of the West is actually based on two simple tenets of an entirely Eastern sage: it’s based on the two rules of Cong Fuzi (“Confucius”) whose First Rule is simply “Call things by their right names” (i.e: don’t be a lying idolatrous fraud) and the Golden Rule of Law (which, as I’ve shown above, most simply defines morality as Do Not Attack First). Islam is immorality.
