It was a wine bar. The bomber must be a ‘wine-o-phobe!’
A “man” (was it a muselman?) with a rucksack was denied entry to the festival shortly before the explosion ripped through the popular night spot, which is just three miles away from a US military base.
Yes, it was a Muselman:
German police: likely “explosive device” in backpack. But no worries. He “acted ALONE.” …http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/germany-explosion_us_57955172e4b0d3568f83aafd?section=
A spokesman for the Bavarian interior minister Joachim Herrmann said the explosio was a “deliberate” act rather than an accident.
A SUICIDE bomber has exploded a device at the entrance to an German open air music festival, killing at least one person and prompting a massive police response.
The Mayor of Ansbach, Carda Seidel, has confirmed to local media that the blast in the city’s centre was due to an explosive device.
Police sources have since told German media they believe the deceased person is likely to have been a suicide bomber. Ten people have been taken to hospital, some with life-threatening injuries.
- Munich shooting: 16yo arrested as ‘possible tacit accomplice…
- More stupid from the Munich police chief: “Even if he would have said this (Allah Akbar), it would not automatically indicate anything”
Robert Spencer comments:
A suicide bombing? I’m the only one who will tell you this, but that’s jihad: “Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties, for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed.” (Qur’an 9:111) You can come back and tell me about
Tamil separatists “Right Wing Extremists” mounting suicide attacks all you want, but Tamil separatists right-wing-extremists aren’t operating in Ansbach, Germany.
This is a war. But Western authorities will continue to behave as if each attack by the enemy were a separate and discrete criminal act, with no larger overarching significance. You know, like all those men who inexplicably bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Yes, they all happened to be Japanese, but let’s not jump to conclusions.
