Taxpayer-funded commissar Soutphommasane vilifies Hanson, ignores Shady

Sack this ridiculously overpaid, incompetent tosser who is nothing but a race-huckster against white people!

Why is a government employee paid more than $300,000 a year to warn us against people like Pauline Hanson? What makes the shut-them-down opinions of former Labor staffer Tim Soutphommasane, now our race discrimination commissioner, worthy of government subsidy and official endorsement?

[Hanson’s] One Nation Party has also made it part of its platform to abolish the Racial Discrimination Act, impose a ban on new mosques, and have a royal commission into Islam… Every member of our society should be free to live without fear of discrimination. This includes being free to practise their religion, as guaranteed by section 116 of the Constitution.

Note that Soutphommasane still can’t get his head around that fact that criticising an ideology is fundamentally different to criticising a race:

As for Islam not being a race? That’s a clever trick – one that ignores how anti-Muslim feeling can involve a mingling of ideas about race, culture and religion. Whatever its nuance, religious bigotry does little to aid racial tolerance and harmony.

I guess that is why Soutphommasane feels free to abuse and implicitly threaten the free speech of Hanson, who advocates no violence, yet has said nothing about the views of Sheik Shady Alsuleiman, president of the Australian National Council of Imams, who in his preaching has vilified Jews, called on God to help “destroy the enemies of Islam”, declared the punishment for adulterers “is stoning to death”, damned Christmas parties as “worship of Satan” and accused gays of “spreading all these diseases” through “evil actions that bring evil outcomes to our society”.

This is how the oppressive organs of the state are deployed to crush dissent and vilify those who think such teachings actually threaten a secular, multicultural and free society.

Either that or Soutphommasane is actually a hypocrite and a fool.

  1. Dear arrogant and racist (against white people)Soutphommasane. Why do you think that a lot of people voted for Hanson? If you use your little brain you will realise that these people disagree with your racist comments and want Australia to be free from a future Caliphate. Please keep your racist and unwanted comments to yourself.

  2. Soutphommasane has done very well out of this country, which he clearly dislikes. I hope Pauline Hanson brings an end to the multicultural gravy train, his overpaid position and the first class air tickets and 5 star hotels that he frequently avails himself of.
You see, Pauline Hanson, unlike the commissioner of racial discrimination, did not have the luxury of spending years at university and parroting the latest drivel , unlike soutphommasana. Pauline Hanson worked for a living and, I will add, when employed two laotion refugees who claimed she was the nicest boss they ever had. Please don’t try this racist card any longer, it really is wearing thin.

    1. Little Timmy calls himself a “philosopher”, something I find galling in the extreme. This pompous little fart never had one original thought in his life!
