This means that the allahu-akbaring attacker, French-passport-holding Muslim Smail Ayad, succeeded in murdering two people.
“Home Hill Stabbing: British Man Tom Jackson, Injured in Backpackers Hostel, Dies in Hospital”.
Sic. He was not ‘injured’. He was attacked, with intent to murder, and he did indeed die as a result of the wounds inflicted upon him. – CM
‘A British man who was critically injured in a stabbing attack at a north Queensland hostel last week has died in hospital.
‘Tom Jackson suffered multiple stab wounds to his head and leg when he tried to save Mia Ayliffe-Chung at Shelley’s Backpackers in Home Hill, south of Townsville, last Tuesday night.
That Mr Jackson failed, and was killed, does not diminish the fact that he tried to defend Ms Ayliffe-Chung, a fellow Infidel under murderous attack. He confronted a high-on-Islam allahu-akbaring ghazi raider who had, previously, pretended to be his “friend”. Like many other Infidels who have similarly trusted and befriended a charming Muslim he discovered – that his Muslim ‘friend’ had morphed, terrifyingly, into a murderer. And now he is dead. – CM
French national Smail Ayad, 29 (that is: “French-passport-holding ethnically-Arab Muslim Smail Ayad, 29” – CM) has been charged with murder and attempted murder over the stabbings.
‘Queensland Police said they would upgrade charges against Ayad in his next appearance at Townsville Magistrates Court on October 29.’
Mr Ayad, despite his French passport, should never have been permitted into Australia. Had he not been permitted to enter two people – Mia Ayliffe-Chung, and Tom Jackson – would still be alive, who now are dead.
No more identifiable Muslims, ever, should be permitted into any majority-Infidel country, anywhere. And those already inside the gates must be very narrowly watched, and not allowed to get away with anything, and their vociferous and whining demands for special treatment of every kind should no longer be countenanced, and those not possessing citizenship should not be granted it, and every opportunity should be taken, to encourage and to facilitate their departure. – CM

But of course, this has nothing whatsoever to do with Islam.
Every day this denial and willful ignorance grows more outrageous and absurd. The resolute refusal to admit that jihadis have declared war on the West places authorities in an increasingly ridiculous position, but they don’t seem to notice or care. —Daily Mirror

Father buoyed by support in dark time
Mr Jackson’s father Les flew into Townsville late last week to be by his son’s side.
In a statement released to a fundraising page set up in Mr Jackson’s honour, Les wrote about his grief.
“We are bereft,” he said on the page.
“Our darling Tom has left us and the world is a poorer place.
“Thanks again to everyone for the love and support you have given us over the last few days, we will be forever grateful.
“There is dark and evil in this world perpetrated by a few, but so much more love and light emanates from so many more.
“That thought will sustain us over the coming days.”
After flying into Australia, Les praised his son’s bravery, adding how proud they were.
“There are many and varied reasons why we are, and always will be, immensely proud of Tom,” Les Jackson said.
“His actions in response to this horrific attack only add to that sense of pride.”
Menna Rawlings, the British High Commissioner to Australia, tweeted her support to Mr Jackson’s family and friends.
“Sorry to hear this very sad news. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Tom’s family and friends.”
Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said her thoughts were with Mr Jackson’s family.
“In the eyes of the community, he’s a real hero,” she said.
“He went to the aid of someone, a good Samaritan, and I’m quite sure that he’ll be remembered by his family and friends and in fact by Queenslanders for his heroic actions.”
Local MP Dale Last said the tragedy had cut people deeply.
“And I’m not sure the community will ever get over in terms of just shattering that sense of safety.”
