“Listening to the Koran…” (causes mental illness, etc…)

Case one:

International student from Saudi Arabia claims “I was not aware of what I was doing at the time…”

The man charged with attempted murder in an attack at UBC last year admitted that he tried to kill the victim, but added that he didn’t know what he was doing during the incident.

“I tried to kill her,” Thamer Hameed Almestadi admitted in a videotaped interview with RCMP Sgt. Kevin Jeffrey.

When asked by Sgt. Jeffrey why he might have attacked Mary Hare with a knife Almestadi said, “I started listening to the Koran and understanding the meanings differently.”

Case two:

Egypt: Muslim chases, stabs Coptic bishop to death, authorities claim killer “mentally ill”

Yesterday Jihad Watch reported on the murder of Samaan Shehata, but the initial report was light on detail, and had some of the facts wrong. This account is much fuller.

Warning: this video is graphic. A persecuted Christian from Egypt sent it to me with the note: “It is heartbreaking, not for the faint hearted.”

Indeed it is.

Meanwhile, Egyptian authorities appear to have taken a page from their counterparts in the West, claiming that the jihad murderer who killed Bishop Samaan was “mentally ill.” This is an extraordinarily common excuse for jihad activity in the West, but it is rare to see it trotted out in a Muslim country.

“Coptic Orthodox Bishop Killed outside Cairo, Egypt,” Morning Star News, October 13, 2017:

CAIRO (Morning Star News) – A Coptic Orthodox bishop from Upper Egypt was slain outside Cairo, Egypt yesterday.

Case three:

UK: Muslim migrant rapist blames his rape on “cultural differences” and “not understanding British law”

There is good reason for him to have been confused. The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

“Gateshead rapist jailed after victim used mobile phone to record sickening attack,” by Sara Nichol, Chronicle Live, October 13, 2017 (thanks to Seven Star News):

A rapist has been locked-up for seven years after his victim recorded the sickening attack on her mobile phone.

Case four:

UK: Muslim migrant sexually assaults 6 women; claims PTSD

A Syrian refugee who sexually assaulted six women in London underpasses just one month after being granted asylum in the UK has had his sentencing delayed pending a claimed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) diagnosis.

Some symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder include flashbacks, nightmares, difficulty sleeping, jumpiness, and avoiding people and places that remind the patient of the stress-inducing event. Hasan Alkhabbaz instead was hanging out in underpasses in the Paddington area, where he:

grabbed lone women by their bottoms and put his hands up their skirts

Alkhabbaz is using victimhood to try to dodge the consequences of his inexcusable conduct toward women. Mass sexual assaults on women by Muslim male refugees have become a regular occurrence across Europe. This behavior is rooted in the indoctrination of male superiority over women, sanctioned by Islamic religious texts that state such things as: angels will curse a wife all night long if she refuses her husband (Bukhari 4851); men can beat disobedient wives (Bukhari 72:715; Quran 4:34); and men may assault/abuse women if they are not properly covered.
