The problem is not really religion, but human behavior. An intelligent being should be able to sift the chaff from the wheat – it took Christians a while to do this, but it is unlikely that muslims will ever achieve that level of evolution simply because of the way islam is structured. There is actually quite a lot in these sentences – but it is better if people mull about these things themselves rather than getting packaged explanations.

Organised religion is the problem, doesnt matter which religion, christianity, catholicism, Islam or whatever you laughingly believe in. Religion is for the brain dead and uneducated and its all about how your god is bigger than theirs, better than theirs and I kill you if you speak differently of our gods. In America there is less than 1% Muslim living here today and of that less than 1% about 1/3 of them are in jail or in Prison.I dont understand why people call that a peaceful religion ,When people are stoned to death people are abusing animals,people are getting their heads cut off in the name of ISLAM .People are ax people to death in the name of ISLAM,People are killed if they do believe in Muhammad in Islam,Woman are allow to be beat in Islam.young kids are forced or perswade into marriage.Men are having permission to have sex with baby,s witch is concided child molestation men have more than one wife and when the family is becoming larger ,they can not afford them they marry them off or sell the kids for money.They use woman and children as suaside , bombers to kill others in the name of Islam.The woman are 2nd to man,It is not a religion it is a SUBMISSION ,Muhammad is a false profit,who describes the way of life his way or no way .There is one God who gave us a choice and only can he be the Judge in the end .I pray Peace for Islam and hope they come around to the Lord Our God,ways of life God dose not approve of a man taking away a life of another.He did not create man to do that,God is a forgiven man if you repent for your sins. And numerious readers called Mediums have spoken of Muhammad as a man who is in hell an as his final words was not to God to lead the way,but to only curse other religions.I pray Muslim people find the real God of Heaven & Earth for their Sake and for the Sake of their children.Muhammad teachings is submission to tolarance and miliant warfare .

Hi, I am a Muslim. And I can say with firm conviction, that all these hateful comments come from people who do not know or has limited knowledge about the religion, whether they are Muslim or not.

I have seen and heard of all sorts of inhuman acts by people from all faiths and cultures. But, never have I said anything to judge their faith or culture, but yes, I have been infuriated, disgusted and blamed the individual and wanted him or her to be brought to justice every time. It is the same feeling I feel with this story of this fraud of an Imam who has been worse than an animal to his daughter. I feel that whoever accepts him in society now, especially as a scholar of Islam, is thoroughly ignorant and heartless. I had goosebumps from disgust and was in tears after reading the details of what this poor excuse of a human has done to his daughter, and was further saddened upon reading the typical comments against Islam, rather than blaming the person and the judicial system of Saudi against this case.

I shall not go into detail of how Islam provides justice for these acts as I know it will not be believed among the haters of Islam who has mostly commented to this article, but all I know is, the Mohamed that you are hating and criticizing (may peace be upon him), the first thing he did when he migrated from Makka to Medina was to make a pact between the Muslims and Non-Muslims to respect each other and their way of life. That is Islam. Our religion specifically states that no human should be forcefully converted nor should their be a difference in judgement when it comes to crimes between men and women. The “blood money” that has to be given in instances that it needs be given is equal in Islamic Shariah for males and females. And females also cannot be sentenced to anything unless until proven as that similar to men. So please do not mix up Saudi law with Islamic Shariah.

In the case of these terrorist attacks by sadist posers of Islam, we are allowed Jihad only in defense, not offense. Therefore all these bombings or other terrorist activities and raping in the name of Islam contradicts directly with the very fundamentals of Islam. Savages have used bits and pieces of the teachings to suit their own psycho needs and twisted the whole thing up, and therefore I understand the hatred aimed at the religion when these negative actions and confining laws are translated to be the religion itself.

I know that those who wish to disbelieve will have a load full of replies to this, but I just had to take a stand for the religion that I have learnt and loved and followed as a young girl to adulthood in an Islamic State. I am a free woman who can make my own choices, in my final year of undergraduate studies, attending work daily with Non-Muslim colleagues in a harmonious environment, but still, I follow and practice Islam.

May Allah guide whoever wishes to be guided to the right path and remove this hatred and misunderstanding from people of all faiths or no faith, including Muslims who do not properly understand and follow Islam. Amen.

If Islam is so peaceful why do they have to leave their birth countries and pollute the rest of the world with their ridiculous beliefs. I would like a total ban on Islamic immigrants and the Australians that have converted sent to an Islamic country and see how long they last. With no centre-link to prop them up they wouldn`t last long !!!!!! They are just parasites who are sucking the life blood of the Western countries they inhabit.
