Religion of Peace hits Algiers (again) 47 Roasted

* No more Jews in Algeria, they either killed them all or drove them from the land. Check.

* No more French ‘pieds noirs’ either, the Muslims killed them or drove them from the land. Check. (and followed them to France)

* So, what could possibly be the problem in Algeria? Could it be, perhaps, not Islamic enough?

(CNN) — Two car bombs ripped through the Algerian capital Tuesday, reportedly killing at least 62 people in what appeared to be targeted attacks on government and United Nations buildings.

* Two cars full of inner struggle exploded in Algeria this morning killing 47…..

Rescue workers walk among damaged cars near the U.N. buildings.

At least one U.N. worker has been confirmed dead, while another 12 staff members are apparently missing.

algiers_bombing.jpg

U.N. Development Program spokesman Jean Fabre told CNN a search was underway for the 12 missing staffers.

Ron Redmond, spokesman for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland told CNN staff were missing from the main U.N. building in Algiers.

One explosion occurred outside the constitutional court in the Algiers neighborhood of Ben Aknoun while the other took place in the residential area of Hydra tearing the front off the U.N.’s headquarters in the city.

A reporter from CNN affiliate BFM quoted hospital sources as saying 62 people were killed in both blasts.

Redmond said the U.N. headquarters and a separate building housing its refugee agency’s office had “suffered extensive damage.”

“Apparently this was an extremely powerful bomb,” Redmond told CNN. “It’s caused a lot of damage and right now we’re just trying to sort out where our staff are.”
Algeria’s Minister of State Noureddine Yazid Zerhouni said the explosions were the result of two cars full of explosives, according to the state news agency.

So far no group has admitted responsibility for Tuesday’s blasts.

algeria_2.jpg

Video from the scene of the Hydra blast showed a shallow crater in the road, surrounded by rubble and crowds of people.

A nearby four-story building was missing its facade and there was damage to some of the building’s interior.

Agence France-Presse said French President Nicolas Sarkozy had condemned the attacks, describing them as “barbarian acts”, during a telephone call to his Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika.

Hydra is an upscale district home to several Western companies, government buildings, and embassies, according to residents. Ben Aknoun is a more residential area but also houses buildings of the Supreme Court.

Algeria, which has a population of three million, is still recovering from more than a decade of violence that began after the military government called a halt to elections which an Islamist party was poised to win.

Tens of thousands of people died (typical CNN bullshit: 200 000 were killed, most of them by the Islamaniacs. The government fought back  hard and killed a good number of them  in the unrest.

Neither was it ‘unrest’- but much rather a civil war. Although the country has remained relatively peaceful, (???) recent terrorist attacks have raised fears of a slide back to violence.

In April, the northern Africa wing of al Qaeda claimed responsibility for a bomb attack in downtown Algiers that killed 33 people

Suicide attack at Pakistani nuclear weapons complex

As the Pakistani military continues the slow push to regain control of the settled district of Swat, suicide bombers struck in two locations, one at a sensitive weapons facility near Islamabad. The most deadly attack occurred in Swat in the Northwest Frontier Province after a suicide bomber hit a police checkpoint near Matta, where the Pakistani Army just established a presence. Ten were killed, including two children and three police.

* Remnants of the car used in the suicide attack in Kamra. AP photo.

But the attack at a Pakistani Air Force base in Kamra, while only injuring seven, has far more serious implications. The Kamra complex is a likely location for Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program. The suicide bomber targeted a bus filled with 35 children of Pakistani Air Force officers. The driver, a conductor, and five children were wounded in the strike.

Global Security notes the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex in Kamra is one of the Air Force sites likely associated with Pakistan nuclear weapons development.

“Bezness”- European Women, Victims of Arab Lover Boyz

* Just a Gigolo…

* Here a quick translation on an article posted at Jihad Watch Germany:

‘Bezness’- a word derived from the English ‘business’, is used in many Islamic countries to describe the love affairs between naive Western women and Arab men, who made it their business to target Western, infidel women, merely to suck them dry.

topimages.jpg

The Muslim pretends to be in love until he has fleeced his victim of her money and/or made her pregnant, which helps him to become a permanent resident or citizen in Europe. Then begins the brutality in the marriage, but the women remain silent because of shame. These ‘Bezness-men’ usually lose all interest in wife and kids once they have become citizens and treat their wife and family like garbage.

Germany has a help line and an organization to help women who have been damaged by these very professional ‘bezness-men’. Those who seek help should contact: Homepage der Bezness-geschädigten Evelyne Kern

Women who have been cheated out of their savings and betrayed by Arab-fairytale merchants, ‘bezness-men’, should contact the above organization.

The politicians and the media largely ignore these very serious crimes on these women constituents, who are deliberately and with malicious intend cheated out of everything they own and are traumatized, physically and psychologically damaged.

Political correctness is equally damaging and prevents the media from waging a campaign to further awareness. The victims are left to themselves. WDR and ZDF have managed to get the word out thanks to the organization of Evelyne Kern.

In the meantime there is also a data bank available where interested women can check if their lover is already blacklisted for his record of bezness-activities …

Bunglawussi Hijab Watch

* Bunglawussi fights for hijab as if his life depended on it. Check out his blog: these people are manic obsessives!

Quebec union leaders call for hijab ban

Quebec needs a “fundamental law” akin to the Charter of Rights that sets out clearly that public institutions, laws and the state are all neutral when it comes to religion, said Centrale president Rejean Parent. The new law would also “define (people’s) rights and duties . . . in other words, the rules of living together.”
Under a secular charter, employers would understand that they don’t have to agree to accommodate religious employees if, for example, they ask to be segregated from people of the opposite sex, Carbonneau said.

Canadian Muslim women’s soccer team fights ban

“There hasn’t been a case in the history of world soccer of someone actually choking on a hijab,” he said.

“They’re talking to me like a stranger, like they don’t want strangers in their leagues.

“But I’m not a stranger – I’ve played for Team Alberta.”

And Mahhid wants answers fast.

The ASA allowed Menhem to join her teammates on the pitch last week, while wearing a modified hijab tied at the back of the neck rather than under her chin, but has yet to rule on the Edmonton team.

“If she plays again this weekend but I have to cancel another game Monday, I’ll be considering my options,” Mahhid said.

“A kind of aggression.” “A successor to the Berlin Wall.” “A lever in the long power struggle between democratic values and fundamentalism.” “An insult to education.” “A terrorist operation.” These descriptions–by former French President Jacques Chirac; economist Jacques Attali; and philosophers Bernard-Henri Lévy, Alain Finkielkraut and André Glucksmann–do not refer to the next great menace to human civilization but rather to the Muslim woman’s headscarf, which covers the hair and neck, or, as it is known in France, the foulard islamique.

Turkish lawyer shyster asks for cancellation of Italian team’s soccer victory because winners wore “offensive” t-shirt featuring cross

24796_news.jpg

The audacity of this PoS to make such a demand beggars belief!

* If you can’t win on the field, play the dhimmi card. “Fenerbahce To Ask Uefa For Three Points From Inter Match,” by Danilo Pochini for Goal.com

A Turkish lawyer has filed a complaint to Uefa after Inter wore a shirt with an offensive symbol, at least to Islamic culture, in their recent match against Fenerbahce.
A Turkish lawyer who’s an expert on European law, Baris Kaska, is asking Uefa to cancel the three points Inter earned in their win against Fenerbahce in the recent Champions League match.

The Nerazzurri had beaten the Turkish champions 3-0 at home to qualify for the next round of the Champions League.

The reason for the appeal is unusual: the celebratory shirt for Inter’s centenary worn by the team that night, and on several other occasions this season, offended many people in Turkey.

The shirt’s scheme saw a big red cross on a white background, a symbol of the city of Milan, and reminded many of an emblem of the order of the Templars, which is considered offensive in Islamic culture.

Inter consciously did not wear their ‘centenary shirt’ in their first match against Fenerbahce in Istanbul, but at home, they did not think it was necessary to do the same.

However, the very sensitive Turkish media reacted bitterly and that led to the official appeal filed by Kaska, who announced this decision during an interview to Barcelona daily La Vanguardia.

Ontario: Father nearly chokes girl to death after she refuses to wear hijab

It’s voluntary, we’re told endlessly. And it is, except when it isn’t. “Teen girl in critical condition after alleged dispute over hijab,” by Barry Hertz in the National Post

(from the ‘hijab liberates women’ department)

A 16-year-old girl is in critical condition after being choked by a man believed to be her father, apparently after a dispute with her family over her refusal to wear the hijab, the Islamic headscarf worn by some Muslim women.
The Post’s Chris Wattie updates this developing story:

Peel Regional Police arrested a 57-year-old man yesterday morning after receiving a 911 call from a suburban home in Mississauga from a man saying he had killed his daughter. When police and paramedics arrived at the house they found a 16-year-old lying on the floor without any vital signs, police said….

However, early police reports indicated the teenager had been choked and that the attacker was her father.

The girl was rushed to Credit Valley Hospital and later transferred to the Hospital for Sick Children, where she was listed in critical condition last night with life-threatening injuries.

Islam & The Dhimmi (yes, that’s you!)

“Do not initiate the Salam [greeting of peace] to the Jews and Christians, and if you meet any of them in a road, force them to its narrowest alley”

* Robert Spencer explains the relationship between the Muslim conquerors and the remaining infidel population after the soldiers of Allah made sufficient ‘slaughter in the land’- some great insights here!

The unbelievers are not allowed to:

1. Build “a monastery, church, or a sanctuary for a monk”;

2. “Restore any place of worship that needs restoration”;

3. Use such places “for the purpose of enmity against Muslims”;

4. “Allow a spy against Muslims into our churches and homes or hide deceit [or betrayal] against Muslims”;

5. Imitate the Muslims’ “clothing, caps, turbans, sandals, hairstyles, speech, nicknames and title names”;

6. “Ride on saddles, hang swords on the shoulders, collect weapons of any kind or carry these weapons”;

7. “Encrypt our stamps in Arabic”

8. “Sell liquor” – Christians in Iraq in the last few years ran afoul of Muslims reasserting this rule;

9. “Teach our children the Qur’an”;

10. “Publicize practices of Shirk” – that is, associating partners with Allah, such as regarding Jesus as Son of God. In other words, Christian and other non-Muslim religious practice will be private, if not downright furtive;

11. Build “crosses on the outside of our churches and demonstrating them and our books in public in Muslim fairways and markets” – again, Christian worship must not be public, where Muslims can see it and become annoyed;

12. “Sound the bells in our churches, except discreetly, or raise our voices while reciting our holy books inside our churches in the presence of Muslims, nor raise our voices [with prayer] at our funerals, or light torches in funeral processions in the fairways of Muslims, or their markets”;

13. “Bury our dead next to Muslim dead”;

14. “Buy servants who were captured by Muslims”;

15. “Invite anyone to Shirk” – that is, proselytize, although the Christians also agree not to:

16. “Prevent any of our fellows from embracing Islam, if they choose to do so.” Thus the Christians can be the objects of proselytizing, but must not engage in it themselves;

17. “Beat any Muslim.”

*

Meanwhile, the Christians will:

1. Allow Muslims to rest “in our churches whether they come by day or night”;

2. “Open the doors [of our houses of worship] for the wayfarer and passerby”;

3. Provide board and food for “those Muslims who come as guests” for three days;

4. “Respect Muslims, move from the places we sit in if they choose to sit in them” – shades of Jim Crow;

5. “Have the front of our hair cut, wear our customary clothes wherever we are, wear belts around our waist” – these are so that a Muslim recognizes a non-Muslim as such and doesn’t make the mistake of greeting him with As-salaamu aleikum, “Peace be upon you,” which is the Muslim greeting for a fellow Muslim;

6. “Be guides for Muslims and refrain from breaching their privacy in their homes.”

The Christians swore: “If we break any of these promises that we set for your benefit against ourselves, then our Dhimmah (promise of protection) is broken and you are allowed to do with us what you are allowed of people of defiance and rebellion.”

Of course, the Pact of Umar is a seventh-century document. But the imperative to subjugate non-Muslims as mandated by Qur’an 9:29 and elaborated by this Pact became and remained part of Islamic law. In the nineteenth century the Western powers began to pressure the last Islamic empire, the Ottoman Empire, to abolish the dhimma. In Baghdad in the early nineteenth century, Sheikh Syed Mahmud Allusi (1802-1853), author of the noted commentary on the Qur’an Ruhul Ma’ani, complains that the Muslims have grown so weak that the dhimmis pay the jizya through agents, rather than delivering it themselves on foot. In his Tafsir Anwar al-Bayan, the twentieth-century Indian Mufti Muhammad Aashiq Ilahi Bulandshahri laments that “in today’s times, the system of Atonement (Jizya) is not practised at all by the Muslims. It is indeed unfortunate that not only are the Muslim States afraid to impose Atonement (Jizya) on the disbelievers (kuffar) living in their countries, but they grant them more rights than they grant the Muslims and respect them more. They fail to understand that Allah desires that the Muslims show no respect to any disbeliever (kafir) and that they should not accord any special rights to them.”

The influential twentieth century jihadist theorist Sayyid Qutb (1906-1966) emphasizes that these rules should be revived, for “these verses are given as a general statement, and the order to fight the people of the earlier revelations until they pay the submission tax with a willing hand and are subdued is also of general import” (In the Shade of the Qur’an, Vol. VIII, p. 126).

Likewise the Pakistani jihadist writer and activist Syed Abul A’la Maududi (1903-1979) states that “the simple fact is that according to Islam, non-Muslims have been granted the freedom to stay outside the Islamic fold and to cling to their false, man-made, ways if they so wish.” That heads off any potential contradiction between his understanding of v. 29 and 2:256, “There is no compulsion in religion.” Maududi continues by declaring that the unbelievers “have, however, absolutely no right to seize the reins of power in any part of God’s earth nor to direct the collective affairs of human beings according to their own misconceived doctrines. For if they are given such an opportunity, corruption and mischief will ensue. In such a situation the believers would be under an obligation to do their utmost to dislodge them from political power and to make them live in subservience to the Islamic way of life” (Towards Understanding the Qur’an, vol. III, p. 202).

An important note I didn’t have room for above:

Islamic apologists in the West today commonly assert that 9:29 commands warfare only against the Jews and Christians who fought against Muhammad, and no others. I wish that every Muslim believed that, but unfortunately that has never been the mainstream Islamic understanding of this verse. Indeed, if it had been, the Pact of Umar, which I detail above, would never have been made — for it was made after Muhammad’s death with Christians against whom he did not fight. That in itself, as well as the teachings of all the schools of Islamic law, illustrates that this verse was always understood as having a universal application.

WHO concerned over ‘intolerable’ Gaza isolation

images8.jpeg

by Mehdi Lebouachera

The World Health Organisation voiced alarm on Monday about the health consequences of the “intolerable” isolation of the Gaza Strip, sealed off by Israel after Hamas seized control six months ago.

The WHO, which organised a Jerusalem symposium to highlight its concern, voiced particular alarm about Israeli fuel cuts, which it said affected Gaza hospitals, and limited access to outside treatment for those seriously ill.

“There is a situation of physical and mental isolation that has become intolerable,” Dr Ambrogio Manenti, head of the WHO for the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip, told AFP on the sidelines of the conference.

We as health professionals have to denounce this situation and the international community cannot tolerate it any longer,” he added.

Israel closed the Gaza Strip to all but essential humanitarian supplies after radical Islamist movement Hamas — which does not recognise the right of the Jewish state to exist — seized armed control in mid-June.

files.jpeg

“The situation is under control, there is no outbreak of diseases but because of the social determinants we expect problems very soon,” said Manenti, who stressed there was no shortage of medication, imported without problem.

The WHO and the UN agency for Palestinian refugees urged “all parties involved to ensure that in the future all health facilities in Gaza are supplied with the appropriate amount of electricity and fuel.”

Israeli aid workers and the WHO charge that Israeli restrictions on patients being allowed to leave the Gaza Strip for treatment have endangered lives since Israel declared the Hamas-run territory a “hostile entity.”

The WHO says that 23 percent of requests in October for treatment in Israel were refused, compared with 17 percent in September and 10 percent in June.

“A number of people died in this process,” said WHO official Mahmud Daher.

But statistics on deaths blamed on the closure vary. The Palestinian health ministry says 23 people have died in recent months, while Physicians for Human Rights-Israel puts the number at 17.

Israel’s military rejects such statistics, saying only a small minority of requests are denied and that these apply only to people who pose a “security risk.”

But Manenti likened the system of granting permits to a Franz “Kafka novel,” with an increasing number of hoops to jump through to get a green light.

“They control how humanitarian cases are defined and entirely block the system,” said Hadas Ziv, director of Physicians for Human Rights.

In September, she said cancer patient Nael al-Kurdi was considered a security risk while he was “stuck in his bed and couldn’t move.” He died on November 17.

Hamas leader whines to U.S. about deplorable conditions Hamas has created

Chutzpah Alert. “Hamas asks US to free Gaza ‘ghetto,'” by Martin Chulov in The Australian (thanks to JW):

THE Hamas rulers of Gaza have implored the US to bring an end to the crippling boycott of the Gaza Strip, which they have likened to the World War II siege of Warsaw’s Jewish Ghetto.
In the militant group’s first public appeal to the US since it won democratic elections in the Palestinian Territories in January last year Hamas said yesterday it did not have “any ideological arguments with the West”.

Say what? Well, I suppose after Annapolis, it isn’t so farfetched to think that the West subscribes to the Hassan Al-Banna epigraph in the Hamas Charter: “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.”

Hamas spokesman, Ahmed Yousef, said the group had tried unsuccessfully many times to directly contact US and European Union officials.

Fatah, Hamas – What’s the Difference?

* Fatah scumbag Mahmoud Dahlan spills the beans in an interview to a Kuwaiti newspaper, and sez aloud what most people already know:

IsraelNN.com) Senior Fatah terrorist Mahmoud Dahlan spoke to a Kuwaiti newspaper this week, saying that Hamas must turn control of Gaza over to the Fatah-led Palestinian Authority before the two groups can reunite. The groups have similar long-term goals, he said, “From a practical standpoint, there are no large differences between the two sides.”

Both groups demand control over Judea, Samaria, historic Jerusalem, and Gaza, he said. Both also demand the “return” to Israel of several million foreign Arabs who claim descent from those who fled the country during the War of Independence. The main difference between the two groups is that Hamas does not recognize the authority of Fatah, the Oslo agreements, or the PA, he said.

Ex-Italian President: CIA & Mossad Behind 9/11….

* Former President of Italy, Francesco Cossiga, gave an interview to an Italian newspaper claiming the Mossad and CIA were behind 9/11. The truthers, in typical fashion, are now spreading a translation of his interview through various websites….

* Why is this kook not in an asylum?

A searing indictment by a former President of Italy, Gladio Francesco Cossiga, that the 911 attack was engineered by the CIA and Mossad, revealed last week in Italy’s most respected newspaper Corriere della Sera is definitely a story we will not see in American mainstream media. The unsubstantiated accusation by the retired head of Italy’s government is not to be taken lightly, and adds to a growing body of evidence supporting the view held by many that 911 was a false flag operation costing three thousand innocent lives in New York City, initiating the invasion of Afghanistan and the debacle in Iraq, and setting the West on its current course into the unending “War on Terror”.

Cossiga’s new revelations appeared last week in Italy’s oldest and most widely read newspaper, Corriere della Sera. Below appears a rough translation.

[Bin Laden supposedly confessed] to the Qaeda September [attack] to the two towers in New York [claiming to be] the author of the attack of the 11th, while all the [intelligence services] of America and Europe … know know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the CIA American and the Mossad with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic Countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part … in Iraq [and] Afghanistan.”

U.S. and British policies like apartheid-era government: Tutu

By Wendell Roelf/via Weasel Zippers

Archbishop Desmond Tutu accused the United States and Britain on Monday of pursuing policies like those of South Africa’s apartheid-era government by detaining terrorism suspects without trial.

At an event to commemorate the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNDR), the Nobel laureate said the detention of suspected al Qaeda and Taliban members at the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was a “huge blot on a democracy.”

“Whoever imagined that you would hear from the United States and from Britain the same arguments for detention without trial that were used by the apartheid government,” Tutu told a news conference in Cape Town.

* Tutu of the bleeding hearts:

Tutu is chairman of the Elders, a group of prominent international statesmen that includes former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela and his Mozambican-born wife Graca Machel.

_478796_nelsonyasser_300.jpg

* Scum, pure scum, no matter what you may think of Mandela: check this out, here

The group is spearheading a campaign to get one billion people to sign a pledge reaffirming the principles of the UNDR, passed by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948.

Tutu, who helped lead the struggle to overthrow white minority rule in South Africa, said he was surprised so many Americans had accepted the argument that the Guantanamo detentions were necessary because of national security.

“It is exactly what the apartheid government used to say here,” the Anglican cleric said.

His remarks come amid a growing outcry over alleged abuses at Guantanamo, which in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States was used as a mass detention centre for suspected violent Islamic radicals.

Critics have said that the United States has circumvented international law by holding detainees without charge, often for years, and violated their human rights with forced confessions and torture tactics.

President George W. Bush says the detentions are lawful, humane and necessary as part of its fight against extremists in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere in the world.

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a legal challenge by Guantanamo inmates who are contesting their detention.

Islamofascist Wankfest in Istanbul Closes With “Islamophobia should be accepted as a crime”

From JW: Spencer nails it

* The usual wingeing, whining suspects had a swell time:

The big Muslims-As-Victims Fest in Constantinople, featuring Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey’s Prime Minister and advocate of political Islam; Iqbal Sacranie of the CAIR-like Muslim Council of Britain; Saudi-funded academic John Esposito of Georgetown University; Karen Armstrong, the renowned dhimmi author; Louay Safi of the unindicted co-conspirator ISNA; Lord Nazim Ahmed, the British Muslim peer; Professor Norman Finkelstein, late of DePaul; the notoriously slick “Muslim Martin Luther” Tariq Ramadan, who is not allowed into the U.S.; neo-Nazi William Baker; and many others, has come to a triumphant close.

*Talk about a target rich environment! Another great opportunity missed!

And — surprise of surprises — the assembled dignitaries have discovered that “Islamophobia” is a serious, serious problem, that must be addressed at the government level. It doesn’t seem to have occurred to anyone there that Muslims might have any responsibility for the rise in “Islamophobia,” if there has been such a rise, or that they can do anything themselves to eradicate it. No one seems to have realized how easy — yes, easy! — it would be to stamp out “Islamophobia” once and for all. Here’s how. If Muslims want to end “Islamophobia” instantaneously, here’s how they can do it:

1. Focus their indignation on Muslims committing violent acts in the name of Islam, not on non-Muslims reporting on those acts.

2. Renounce definitively not just “terrorism,” but any intention to replace the U.S. Constitution (or the constitutions of any non-Muslim state) with Sharia even by peaceful means.

3. Teach Muslims the imperative of coexisting peacefully as equals with non-Muslims on an indefinite basis.

4. Begin comprehensive international programs in mosques all over the world to teach against the ideas of violent jihad and Islamic supremacism.

5. Actively work with Western law enforcement officials to identify and apprehend jihadists within Western Muslim communities.

If Muslims do those five things, voila! “Islamophobia” will vanish.

“Turkey: Int’l Summit On Islamophobia Issues Final Statement,”

from ANSAmed

Islamophobia should be accepted as a crime, just like anti-semitism”. So read the final statement of the The International Conference on Islamophobia”, organized by the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW), which ended in Istanbul yesterday. As Anadolu news agency reported, the statement also said that national and international law mechanisms should enact legislations and take decisions against Islamophobia. The fight against Islamophobia should be carried out politically, legally and economically both in the national and international arena and in a systematical and strategical way, the statement said. “The fight against Islamophobia should be a basic duty for everybody, every institution and every government,” the statement added.
* “The fight against Islamophobia should be carried out politically, legally and economically both in the national and international arena and in a systematical and strategical way, the statement said.” In other words, there must be no critical examination of the ways in which jihadists use the texts and teachings of Islam to justify violence and supremacism. This website and others must be closed.

* Maybe they will succeed in this, and most people will stand by, because they will not consider themselves “Islamophobes.” But then, to their impotent dismay, their time will come also.

Sufi-Islam

Sufism is usually regarded by non-Muslim journalists and politicians as a “mystical” form of Islam that corresponds more or less to monasticism in Christianity —but this is to ignore Muhammad’s own warning that “the monasticism of this community is jihad”. Historian Christopher Dawson comments:

“Nothing could be less mystical than [Muhammad’s] religious teaching.

It was a religion of fear rather than of love, and the goal of its striving was not the vision of God but the sensible delights of the shady gardens of paradise … the duty of man was not the transformation of his interior life but the objective establishment of the reign of God on earth by the sword and submission to the law of Islam … it is a militant Puritanism of the same type as the modern Wahhabite movement. But it was never a purely external system. Its Puritanism was not only that of the warrior, it was also that of the unworldly ascetic who spends his time in prayer and fasting.”

Sufism was a return to the early puritanism of the Kharijites, who reacted against the growing worldliness of Islam. Its founder, Abu Sa‘id Hasan, lived in Basra (643–728 AD). Muhammad Ahmad bin ‘Abd Allah (1844–85) the self-styled Mahdi whose dervish army killed Gordon and took Khartoum in 1885, was a Sufi.

Current Prime Minister Erdogan is on record as stating “We are Sharia-ists”; “We will turn Istanbul into Medina”; “I am the Imam of Istanbul”; “Our only goal is an Islamic State”.

Islam’s Trojan Horse? Turkish Nationalism and the Nakshibendi Sufi Order

Paul Stenhouse

Fitzgerald: The Purpose of a Mosque

A permanently immiscible liquid

Mosques in Iraq have been sites where forces gather to fire on American soldiers. They have been weapons depots. They have been repositories for explosives used in roadside bombings. Not once, not a hundred times, but thousands of times.

In the “Palestinian”-occupied territories, mosques fulfill the same function. They are also places to which “Palestinians” have run when being pursued by Israelis.

In Bangladesh, mosques have been natural centers of anti-Hindu agitation, and one can find online the pictures of a hapless Hindu pleading for his life, as he is beaten to death by Muslim worshippers apparently whipped up by a particularly effective imam in a particularly bloodthirsty khutba.

In Italy, in France, in Great Britain, in Germany, the police and other security services have found mosques with false ceilings, in which counterfeit passports and other useful documents have been found. They have found guns, grenades, devices for making explosives. All of this — in mosques.

Why shouldn’t mosques be under surveillance? Why shouldn’t every last khutba be taped? Why shouldn’t there be agents taping those who attend those mosques where it is discovered that certain things are said, or done, when mosques have such a record as this? There is no distinction in Islam between religion and politics. Islam is all-encompassing. Infidels must stop being mesmerized by the word “religion” and understand this.

Of course, one need not require a mosque to be whipped up to want to kill a passing Infidel. One need not need a mosque in which to plot or plan. One need not have a mosque in which to hide false papers and weapons. Of course not. So monitoring mosques, or demanding that madrasas show what they teach (what happened to the demand for the textbooks, and syllabi used, in that Saudi Academy near Washington, D.C.?), is only part of what must be done.

The disruption to any conceivable achieved or achievable social cohesion or harmony, when adherents of Islam, are present in large numbers, is great and is permanent. For how, in Infidel lands, without undoing ultimately our own legal and political institutions, and abandoning the solicitousness for individual rights, can we deal with and possibly adjust to this presence? How can we, since they have no intention of adjusting Islam to accommodate anyone else? They are taught to believe in the right of Islam to dominate everywhere, and of their duty to ensure that that comes about, by removing all barriers to the spread, and then to the dominance, of Islam. How can we deal with them when they are present in large numbers, and are allowed to demand, and receive, even from the security services, outward shows of appeasement and accommodation?

Islam was created to rule. It is the faith of conquerors, and it justifies and promotes conquest by them. Islam was designed not to be one among many faiths, not merely to hold out the promise of a surer path to some Paradise than that provided by other faiths, but to prevail, so that its writ may run everywhere on the earth, so that everywhere Islam dominates, and Muslims rule everywhere. The fact that some clever propaganda of the “I Am A Muslim” type appears on YouTube, designed to convince the unwary that Muslims are just the all-American boy next door, establishes nothing. Carefully left out is any discussion of what is in the head of that boy-next-door, of what Islam inculcates and what he presumably believes, or that it is right for us to assume he believes, from what the texts provide, and from the tenets derived from those texts, and the attitudes derived from those tenets. What does all this tell him to believe, cause him to believe?

Islam can be likened to a permanently immiscible liquid. It cannot mix with Non-Islam, anywhere, without bad results for the Non-Muslims. There are 1350 years of history to demonstrate that. Even now, with Muslims constituting 1% of the population (and half of those being non-orthodox “Black Muslims”) there are textbook publishers who have rewritten history, and state school boards that have not only accepted but demanded such a rewriting to placate Muslims. And the already ignorant American young are presented with a deliberately false view of Islam and of Islamic conquest. They are not given the understanding necessary to withstand Islam’s propagandists, and the rich profusion of what they offer — the distraction, irrelevancies, the gobbledygook, the nonsense, and especially, the lies, lies, lies –– will have its effect.

And the cost of dealing with all this? Or, to bring the post back to where it began, the cost of monitoring mosques and madrasas? What is the cost of guarding every airport, train and bus station, the cost in man-hours for every Infidel to show up an extra hour early, the security rigmarole, the guards at Christian and Jewish schools or churches or synagogues, the cost of guarding speakers, the extra cost now of guarding bridges, and roads, and government buildings, and historic sites? All of them are conceivable targets for Muslims who, as all Muslims are instructed to, wish to further the goals of Jihad, but choose, unlike those who do so through Da’wa and demographic conquest, to do so using the instrument of violence. The cost of guarding non-Muslims, all over the Western world, their houses of worship, their schools, their means of transportation, keeps going up. And the cost of monitoring Muslims, their mosques, their madrasas, their stores and meeting-places, keeps going up.

What is the cost of this? One writer estimates that every additional Muslim in this country costs $100,000 a year, every year, to the taxpayers — the Infidel taxpayers. Suppose his figure is off? So what? There is some considerable amount, we all know, that everywhere in the Western world has to be spent, and will have to be spent in larger and larger amounts, merely to monitor the Muslim population. That is because of what is believed by that population, what, that is, is to be found in Qur’an, Hadith, and Sira.

Is it impossible for Infidels to take this in? And is it impossible for them to then construct an immigration policy that, taking that into account, will make the great privilege of living in their own lands, lands whose art, whose science, whose political and legal structure, are all flatly contradicted by Islam, no longer available to those who, in calling themselves Muslims, tell us that we are justified in assuming, when they so call themselves, that they believe in what is contained in the texts, texts that we are free to investigate for ourselves, and discover their — for us, for our future — permanent and disturbing significance?

* Professors at the university have joined students in criticising President Ahmadinejad for clamping down on dissent

*

Students defied a clampdown on protests in Iran yesterday by tearing down the gates of Tehran university.

They chanted slogans against President Ahmadinejad and carried placards saying “Live free or die”, “No war, no fascism” and “Women must decide their fate, not the state.”

They wrecked the iron-barred gates and threw stones at police, according to Iranian state radio, which said the protest ended peacefully.

Tehran University is the largest and one of the oldest universities in Iran.

Student protests have been rare in recent years. Western rights groups have accused Iran of banning dissent.

But there was a demonstration in Tehran last month against the detention of three students who were picked up during a protest at another Iranian university a week earlier.

Some of the placards yesterday named the arrested students.

Professors have joined them in criticising Ahmadinejad for clamping down on dissent on campuses.

The president and his government say they “support free speech and welcome constructive opposition”.

CAIR calls for ‘conversation to begin’ at banquet

* What they really mean is ‘conversion’- not conversation…

By ABDUSSALAM MOHAMED, Senior Staff Writer

ANAHEIM, Calif. – With star power at hand, the Council on American-Islamic Relation’s annual banquet and fund-raiser was off to a thrilling start. From first-ever Muslim Congressman Keith Ellison, to LA County Sheriff Lee Baca and actor Carl Weathers, the packed ballroom inside the Anaheim Hilton hotel was bursting at the seams with members of the Muslim community, elected leaders and various interfaith groups who came to celebrate CAIR’s achievements.

Over 2,000 people attended the banquet, making it possibly the largest Muslim fundraiser in the nation.

The theme of this year’s event by CAIR’s Greater Los Angeles chapter was a call for a conversation to begin, a conversation spearheaded by various community leaders who spoke with a united voice, calling for peace and unity while denouncing racism, intolerance and stereotyping.

* There’s a sucker born every minute…

“There is great diversity in the Muslim community,” Baca said. “And CAIR is a leading voice in calling for tolerance, equality and unity.”

Ask The Imam: ‘Jihad Is Better Than Hajj’

2098582310_d702feb1b9_o.jpg

With thanks to Weasel Zippers:

* The best sources of information are, as always, the Islamic websites. In the past we’ve had many a good laugh about the absurdities and the bizarre rulings of these very unholy men and the stupidity of those who make these inquiries. But there is also a very serious aspect here that once again shows clearly the connection between the mosque and the potential suicide bombers.

Is it better to do a voluntary Hajj or to donate to the mujaahideen who are fighting for the sake of Allaah?

Question:

I have done the obligatory Hajj, praise be to Allaah, and I have done ‘umrah. Is it better for me to travel for ‘umrah, or to give this money in charity to the mujaahideen who are fighting for the sake of Allaah?

Answer:

Praise be to Allaah.

Both travelling for ‘umrah and spending for the sake of Allaah are good deeds, but the benefit of ‘umrah is limited to the one who does it, whereas the benefit of spending on jihad is more far-reaching, so spending on that is more appropriate and takes precedence.

And Allaah is the Source of strength. May Allaah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. End quote.

Standing Committee for Academic Research and Issuing Fatwas

Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Baaz, Shaykh ‘Abd al-Razzaaq ‘Afeefi, Shaykh ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Ghadyaan.

Remember, to do Hajj is supposed to be the single most religious obligation upon a Muslim.

And yet the Standing Committee for Academic Research and Issuing Fatwas declare giving money to Islamic jihadists is an even more sacred duty.

But they aren’t promoting terrorism.

Not at all.

Israels Arab-Muslims Embark on Journey to Mecca

feature071206_hajj_ahmad_juma.jpg

Saudi Arabia is expecting more than two million visitors this month for the annual Hajj, a momentous event in the Muslim calendar.

* Obviously they haven’t heard that jihad is much more important…
The four-day pilgrimage brings together Muslim worshippers from all corners of the globe to take part in an event that every able Muslim must carry out at least once in his or her lifetime.

As in previous years, there will be pilgrims from a most unlikely destination: some 4,500 Muslims have departed for Mecca from their homes in Israel, a Jewish country with no diplomatic ties with Saudi Arabia.

The spiritual weight of the Hajj is enough to overcome the political complications involved in a delegation of Israelis traveling to enemy soil.

Turkey: Chip-Chip-Chipping Away On Ataturks Secular State

Thousands of Turks march against judiciary law

(Reuters)

* Give Muslims a chance, and they’ll vote for Islamic oppression everytime.

ANKARA – Thousands of Turks protested on Sunday against a new law opponents say will undermine judicial independence and demanded respect for secularist values in a new constitution being prepared by the Islamist-rooted ruling party.

Lawyers and judges led the demonstration to protest against the law, which changes the appointment process for judges and prosecutors.

The law introduces a justice ministry interview into the selection process. Critics say that opens the way for political interference.

Opponents have also criticised President Abdullah Gul, a former member of the ruling AK Party whose role is to review legislation, for approving the law in just a few days. Gul’s office said a review of the law had started before the draft went to parliament.

‘They do not know the importance of judicial independence … but we will explain it to them, we will teach them,’ Turkish Bar Association Chairman Ozdemir Ozok shouted to the crowd in Ankara.

The judiciary is traditionally a bastion of secularism and the march turned into a pro-secularist rally.

It was reminiscent of massive protests earlier this year at which demonstrators accused the AK Party, whose roots are in political Islam, of undermining Muslim Turkey’s official secular order.

‘Turkey is secular and will remain secular!’ protesters shouted, waving Turkish flags and pictures of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, founder of the modern secular republic.

No official figures were available, but television footage showed around 5,000-10,000 people at the march, held amid tight security.

The AK Party is preparing a new constitution, to replace a text drafted after a 1980 military coup, and secularists fear the new text will blur the strict separation of religion and state.

The party signalled last week it planned to ease a ban on the use of Muslim headscarves at universities in the new charter, something the secularist establishment fiercely opposes.

* It is a shame to cry for democracy in order to allow for the practice of a religion that is, in itself a dictatorship… This paradox is appaling, hence the statement of the PM Erdogan: “…democracy is a bus, we can get off anytime we want.”
