New DoD adviser: LA Times columnist who casually dismisses the al-Qaeda threat

Feel safer now?

This, of course, is only to be expected and part of the pattern. After all, if the U.S. War College hires professors who apologize for the terrorist organization Hamas and intentionally shelter students from Islamist doctrines of violence, what can one expect from DoD advisers?

“Multiculturalism is not Secularism 2.0. It is Idiocy 1.0.”

No matter what games infidels engage in to try and challenge Muslims to make something better of their global community and religion, it is not for us to decide their progress.

Exclusive: Obama Administration Stacking the Deck with Islamists

As we try to understand where the Obama administration will fall with regards to the global threat of political Islam, the first few months have provided a number of hints, not least of which was the tenor of the recent visit to Turkey. It was painfully obvious after witnessing the length to which the Obama team went to avoid any substantive discussion on political Islam and the threat it poses to human rightsabroad and domestically. Domestically, in the weeks preceding his trip, Islamists inside the Beltway began to more openly play their cards to what they obviously perceive to be a friendly administration. Groups like the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association (CMSA) are trying to establish themselves in a position of influence inside the White House, the House, and the Senate.

Turning Back the Clock in Turkey: Kemalism on the Way Out?

How Ataturk Destroyed Islam in Turkey

From 1 Muslim Nation

The following is from an Islamic website run by Turks and Muslims who don’t want Kemalism. They want to replace secular Turkey’s Kemalism with Ottoman islamic supremacism. Population explosion in the rural areas like Anatolia,  Saudi money, Salafist preachers and radical mosques ensure  another ‘Islamic revolution’.  Turkey is a powder-keg. If the Army doesn’t remove the Islamic Erdogan-Gul revival government, nothing else will prevent Turkey from becoming another Islamic Republic.

Secular Islam Turkey national flag

Bismillah,
Turkey is gradually regaining the global attention it once enjoyed albeit for different reasons. The main international focus has been on Turkey’s EU entry talkswhich began in October 2005 on joining the European Union (EU). But the subtler and the less pronounced is the revival of Islamin Turkey despite nearly 90 years hostile secular Governments.

Obama wants to “strengthen Ataturk’s vision”

Although today Turkey seldom figures in Muslim or Islamic discourse, it was for five centuries the center of the Muslim world, until that fatal day, March 3rd, 1924, when Mustafa Kemal Pasha Ataturk abolished the Caliphate -office of the successors to prophet Muhammad, the supreme politico-religious office of Islam, and symbol of the Turkey sultan’s claim to world leadership of all Muslims—was abolished.

An Ambassador’s Warning to the French People

Thanks to Brussels Journal

Here is a text from the pen of René Servoise, former ambassador of France to Indonesia. It is posted at Bivouac-Id,Le Post and Terre d’Israel. Despite its length, I chose to abridge it only slightly.

A mutation of our nation is in progress. It is growing, it is profound but uncontrolled. In all likelihood, the immense majority of Frenchmen are unaware of it.

Hundreds of thousands of Muslim families, from North Africa, the Middle East and black Africa – whose religion, aspirations and mores are radically different from ours – now live on our soil. Their birth rate is higher than that of European families. What is the consequence? Within 30 years the population of Islamist culture could be in the majority among those 40 years old or younger. “In France, we will have between 6 and 8 million Arabs by the years 2005 – 2010,” said Edgar Pisani, honorary president of the Arab World Institute. We have been duly warned: this is a radical transformation (political, economic, cultural and social) of our society.

This mutation is in progress at the very moment when, to use Toynbee’s expression, “an external proletariat” is forming on the southern and western shores of the Mediterranean Sea. This army of reservists came about as a result of the birth rate of these peoples, and the absence of an economic policy capable of guaranteeing them a decent life in their homeland. In front of them lie France, Italy, Spain and Germany, lands of mirage, highly developed, with guaranteed employment, free social protection and education. Who could resist the call of this “promised land”?
